  This location was selected by my insurance company, and when I arrived, I was informed that they did not have the class of vehicle my insurance had reserved. I was only offered two vehicles from their “niche” collection. I asked two additional times whether any other vehicles were available, and each time I was told no. The rate for the vehicle covered by my insurance was $29 per day, while the “niche” vehicle I was given cost $100 per day. In my experience, when a rental company cannot provide the reserved vehicle and offers an upgrade instead, the customer is not charged a higher rate due to the company’s inability to fulfill the original reservation. When I raised this concern with the associate assisting me, they attempted to reassure me that although the cost was nearly three times higher than expected, I would not personally be charged because the insurance company was paying. However, that does not make the situation acceptable. Ultimately, I still bear the consequences of these deceptive business practices through the likelihood of increased insurance rates and the unnecessary depletion of my rental coverage. To make matters worse, I was also charged a $4.25 service fee for using a toll road in a $65,000 BMW that did not even have a toll tag installed.

  Don’t do it, just go somewhere else! AVIS has been okay recently. I would say use ALAMO, but they’re affiliated with ENTERPRISE.

  It was very quick and easy to go through the whole process. I used Caliber Collision next door, so it was nice picking up the rental next door. I was surprised to get such a nice vehicle. John, at the Sterling location, was so professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the whole experience. I will most definitely be back to you guys again in the future.

  These guys are the best. I had missed my flight home to Paris and so, assuming I'd stay a day longer in the USA, I initially booked an Elantra with this location for a day just to check out Washington a little bit while waiting to see if I could get another flight. To absolutely nobody's surprise, the airline did nothing to help me, so I decided "screw it, I'll just drive down to Florida, have fun for a couple more days and get a cheaper flight from Orlando". The guys at this location made the process insanely swift and easy, just needed one extra piece of paperwork and paying for the extra days and the one way fee, which was still super affordable considering this was a last minute ordeal and I was under 25 years old. You can't convince me there's a better car rental location out there. The enterprise guys were so helpful, go check em out if you're near DC!!!
