  Unfortunately this is one of few rental car locations I experienced issue with. Fully booked through American Express and prepaid. Upon arrival a larger hold amount eas placed on my card without explanation of why, and looking to determine the issue. I had to specifically question this matter to ensure that the hold would not result in me unnecessarily paying extra "for unpaid taxes" as they noted. In the end I was notified that I would be charged .03 as the charge. The problem is that something is wrong somewhere, not only when a fully paid reservation has a charge, and when conversational investigation points to the staff "adjusting" the reservation to get it to that number. I'm not saying that the staff is the problem. If the system has an issue, it will never be uncovered or fixed if the staff "fixes" it but doesn't really. It also leads to customers getting overcharged, which is a big problem.

  Customer service was outstanding from Eli, who coordinated finding the vehicle and supported the entire reservation process, to Ron who picked me up to Devonte who checked me out.
