  Although I do believe Enterprise might be a very good option when buying a used car, I have very mixed feelings about my experience with them. I had conversations a few times with a salesman in the Sterling, VA location. I told him "there's really only one thing I'm looking for from Enter. I want this car, with this price, with around these miles". He did come through and find that for me. I was set to buy it. Had financing arranged and my checkbook in hand. I got frustrated with the representative when they just seemed to not be hearing me. He was disappointed when I said I have my own financing. And he seemed further annoyed/disappointed when I said "I DON'T WANT THAT". He was insisting I get all the Extended warranties, and said I couldn't think about it. That it had to be done that day (even though I wasn't picking the car up for 2/3 days). I really wanted that car!! But I just told him "I'm walking away". And I did

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Sales from start to finish. Rasheed was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. What stood out the most was the honesty and customer service. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and much less stressful than dealing with a traditional dealership. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the Rasheed and his team. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience.

  Best experience in purchase chasing a car that I have ever had in my lifetime so easy Ronisha Parker was Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease she actually went from car to car to car with us showed us all the details. Answered all our questions it made it so easy to purchase a car. I actually left and went to another car dealership, but turned around before I got there and went back and purchased The perfect car for me at a great price. I highly suggest you go to enterprise and purchase your car The experience I had was nothing like a dealership everyone there was welcoming, inviting and made you feel very comfortable Way to go to the Sterling enterprise team!!!!!!

  Rasheed was great at helping me purchase a car after mine got totaled in an accident. He responds in a timely manner and is very informative. He represents great customer service! He was also very emotionally supportive when I had a couple melt downs but he did everything he could to make things fast and efficient for me !!

  Do not waste your time here. I scheduled an appointment online for a vehicle appraisal and even received a confirmation, so naturally I expected at least a basic level of coordination. Instead, I walked in only to be told, without warning or apology, that they are “not buying cars at this time.” That’s not just inconvenient, it’s completely unacceptable. If your system allows bookings, then honor them or communicate changes ahead of time. Customers shouldn’t have to show up just to discover your operation isn’t functioning as advertised. It shows a lack of organization, respect, and basic professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values your time and follows through on what they promise.
