He was knowledgeable, informative, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, he made us feel well taken care of and answered all of our questions. TJ, the on-site manager, was also very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from both of them and would highly recommend this location.
- GHGraham HorvathJun 21, 20262.0Don’t buy the warranty’s or protection plans. Enterprise sales reps push them heavily to up their commission but the service doesn’t actually work. The insurance and enterprise tell you they can work with any shop willing and able to file a claim and the app points you to their sales locations even though we were told yesterday that they do not service vehicles. We took our car to the literal NTB tire location they recommended and the employees there said they had no clue what we were talking about. This is incredibly unfortunate as I thought the sales service was excellent but I am now learning that they don’t care. Who can we talk to about our warranty/ insurances we purchased? We have no car and seemingly no ability to get it fixed because enterprise sold us a fake policy.
