- DMDon Van MeterAug 1, 20261.0My wife Marilin and I purchased three previous cars from Enterprise Car Sales, The third car 2023 Nissan Altima had a transmission fluid leak, We were able to get the transmission fluid leak fixed we went back to Enterprise car sales Sterling VA. About 9 Months later August 1st 2026. To trade the Nissan Altima in for a better vehicle they showed us 5 bad running vehicles. Then we took a Kia And Toyota that ran well. The finance manager stated we approved with Capital One Auto Finance we started the paper work with the sales associate then the finance manager stated there is a error on the income on the credit application he stated he couldn’t fix the error in time before submitting to Capital One Finance. One of are two vehicles we bought are financed with Capital One Finance. Capital One Auto Finance never did this to us before before then the sales manager stated you can pay a large amount down payment 12,000 and 4,000 with a higher interest rate. They sales Manager tried to do a bait and switch against my wife and I with finance Companies. It was a very bad experience for us. The Nissan Altima we bought from this dealer 9 Months ago sold us this vehicle high mileage and Transmission leaking we did not catch first then tried a bait and switch needing a lot more money down
