  I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with the representative at Carquest was so appalling that I feel obligated to share it. From the moment I interacted with this individual, I was met with an attitude that was not only unprofessional but shockingly disrespectful. It felt as though he went out of his way to make me feel unwelcome, as if I was somehow beneath him. The way he spoke to me was demeaning, dismissive, and downright rude. It wasn’t just bad customer service—it crossed a line into what felt like personal discrimination. His tone, his body language, and the way he completely disregarded my questions made it clear that he had no interest in treating me with even the basic level of respect you would expect from anyone in a service position. What bothered me the most, however, was the sense that his attitude was rooted in something deeper than just having a bad day. The way he looked at me and talked down to me made me feel like I was being judged for who I am—not for anything I said or did. It left me questioning whether this was just poor service, or something more discriminatory and prejudiced. Either way, it was completely unacceptable. I left feeling humiliated and angry. No one should be made to feel like that—especially in a place of business. I genuinely hope Carquest takes a hard look at who they choose to represent their company. This individual does not reflect the values of respect, professionalism, or decency, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this location. There are plenty of other companies out there that treat their customers with fairness and dignity. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and encouraging others to do the same.
