  I came to this AutoZone trying to get parts and codes for my Honda, and I had a very disappointing experience with one of the store representatives. He was a bald guy with a shaved head, and from the beginning he had a rude attitude. I was simply asking questions about the parts I needed, and he made unnecessary comments like “Are you cheap?” which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I even told him that if he wasn’t having a good day, I could leave the store, and he replied with “It’s up to you” in a very rude manner. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Customers come to ask for help and guidance, not to be mocked or treated badly. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on how I was treated. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience.

  Came here to see about getting a wiper blade put back on and the guy Garrison who said he was the manager said they won't help me unless I bought it there. I told him I've been coming to AutoZone since it opened. This is the first time anyone said that to me. I asked who was the owner he said he didn't know. Which told me he probably wasn't a manager because the manager deals with the franchise owner. It is about 6:10 p.m. on Friday April 24th 2026. I don't even know why I wasted my time coming here. AutoZone is like a beautiful wedding cake but this place is a joke.. like flies on the wedding cake that don't realize that we are the ones that pay the company to pay them.

  Very rude customer service. Did bother himself just look. Easy go to our another location they have belts on reach you can look yourself. Never seen like this before.
