  Car battery died and searched around for a quick and easy place to get batteries. Stumbled upon this location and was delighted to find out that battery swaps and installs occur here. Coleman found the best battery for my car, installed it and educated me on it all within 10 mins. He was incredibly helpful! Will be coming back to this store again for all my car part needs

  Very disappointing customer service. I walked into the store and was the only customer there. The bald gentleman working behind the desk was on his cell phone when I approached for assistance. Instead of simply saying, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” he immediately told me to stand in the queue according to company policy. I understand that policies need to be followed, but there was no line and no other customers in the store. The interaction felt unfriendly and dismissive from the start. A simple acknowledgment or polite explanation would have made a big difference. After reading other reviews, it seems that I may not be the only customer who has experienced this type of attitude. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, especially when the store is empty. Unfortunately, this visit left a poor impression and I would not recommend this location based on my experience

  The bald guy was very rude when we ask questions seemed like he didn’t want to help they’re supposed to help costumers when they need help very un professional.

  I came to this AutoZone trying to get parts and codes for my Honda, and I had a very disappointing experience with one of the store representatives. He was a bald guy with a shaved head, and from the beginning he had a rude attitude. I was simply asking questions about the parts I needed, and he made unnecessary comments like “Are you cheap?” which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I even told him that if he wasn’t having a good day, I could leave the store, and he replied with “It’s up to you” in a very rude manner. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Customers come to ask for help and guidance, not to be mocked or treated badly. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on how I was treated. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience.
