  Went in for a blower motor replacement. Was told it wouldn't be a issue which turned out to not be the case. They overestimated there competence and installed the item wrong causing the new part to fail. They told me it was just a bad part.

  Desperately needed a tire replaced on a Holiday Day! I was visiting Staunton after being away for 9 yrs so I wasn’t familiar with Mr.Tire but when I arrived I was thrilled that it was Where I use to go to when I lived in Staunton. The service I received was outstanding! I was in and out in no time-Thank you for saving me from total mayhem ♥️

  Stopped in today with nails in my tire, they had the tire I needed in stock and changed in about 20 minutes at a very reasonable price! Excellent customer service at the front desk as well! Will definitely go back again!

  Minimally Acceptable. Better options are available. Had a flat tire and it was not fixable so bought a new tire. Decided it was time to buy 4 new tires anyway. They put on the new tire to replace the flat tire but no more in stock. Asked if they would honor the buy three get one free deal because the tires were not in stock. They agreed and I waited. Had to wait many days for them to get the other three tires. They forgot to contact me when tires arrived and played phone tag until I got a service appointment. Installed all the tires and thought I was OK. Two days later the TPMS light came on. Tried to schedule a service appointment to resolve this. Employee said that the tool they needed to diagnose this was broken and they would get another soon. Said they would call me when new tool arrived. Two weeks and no call. I called them and tool still not arrived. Odd that a tool for TPMS service isn’t available considering tire service is their primary service. Employee kept pushing me to go to Waynesboro location on each call. Never got the TPMS issue resolved there and went somewhere else. Problem fixed elsewhere in 30 minutes. And I checked the B3G1 deal they agreed to honor and they never credited the free tire deal back to me. They might be OK for a simple service but if buying 4 new tires I would recommend somewhere else that has their act together.

  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire on Monday. I called the customer service line to schedule an alignment, and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call, which was incredibly convenient. I also needed a vehicle inspection. While inspections can't be scheduled in advance, they told me to mention it when I arrived. The gentleman at the front counter was friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable. He was upfront about the fact that they could complete my alignment at the scheduled time but were a little backed up with inspections, so there might be a wait. After the alignment was completed, they called to let me know it was done and explained that the inspection would likely take several more hours. I appreciated the communication and had no problem leaving my vehicle with them for the day. Later that afternoon, they called again to let me know the inspection was complete. Another thing I appreciated was being able to leave my payment information after the alignment. They didn't actually charge the card until all of the work was finished, which made pickup quick and easy. Their extended hours were also a huge plus—they were open until 7:00 PM, allowing me to pick up my vehicle later in the day without feeling rushed. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and well-communicated from start to finish. The employee at the front counter provided excellent customer service, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tire in Staunton Virginia and will gladly return for future service needs.
