- CSCrystal SprouseJun 28, 20261.0Out of 3 employees and 0 customers in store except myself I ask for assistance finding a wheel stud n nut for a trailer . 1 employee just walked past myself n employee ignoring us and acting like he was 2 busy to help. The 3rd employee did seem ok just new at job but the one assisting me did not apply himself in any way to help find parts I desperately bad needed. Just kept saying there was no way to figure it out and using any lie to not even have to type on keyboard to try to resolve my problem or find cross reference for the part # I had with me . Worst experience in my life. The photos show part I brought to find 4 lug nuts that fit then that sticky note is part #s for complete different wheel stud n lug nut I had to search myself for 45 min that was as close to the one I brought in asi could get

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
