  Maintenance department is horrible. No point in scheduling an appointment. I scheduled an appointment at 1230 for the 40k maintenance. Waited until 2pm then o walked outside to see my vehicle parked in the back. I approached one of the people in the maintenance bay (because none of them would take their eyes off their phones to approach a customer) and I was informed that my vehicle still hasn’t even made it inside the maintenance bay yet. The guy apologized and said they’ve just been busy. I asked what the point of an appointment is if they can’t even look at it 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Highly disappointed in this place.

  Went in for an oil change because they have good reviews. I had a 3:15 PM appointment and with them knowing that I had evening commitments and children waiting for me, I am just now pulling out at 5:56 PM. They might be friendly, but that is ridiculous for an oil change. I’ll find somewhere else.

  I had a great experience with Toyota’s service department. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the service was excellent, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the longer-than-expected wait time. If the wait had been a little shorter, this would have been a perfect experience. Overall, I would definitely return for future service.

  I went into Sheehy Stafford for a routine oil change and ended up leaving with a new vehicle! While I was waiting, I received a text from the Vehicle Exchange Team asking if they could provide a quick estimate of my vehicle’s trade-in value. Within minutes, Seth had provided me with an estimated value, which started the conversation. I then worked with Cici, who helped me find the perfect vehicle. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was taken care of throughout the entire process. After a test drive, I knew I had found the right vehicle and decided to purchase it. Jake was extremely thorough in explaining the purchase process and everything included in the pricing, making sure I understood all of my options and felt comfortable with my decision. Ray was also very helpful, taking the time to explain many of the vehicle’s great features. When it came time to drop off my check and finalize everything, the process was quick, easy, and seamless. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. My experience at Sheehy Stafford exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Cici, Seth, Jake, Ray, and the entire team for their professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service.
