  I had a fantastic experience thanks to my service advisor, Sam Sayes. He did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire process and clearly explained what maintenance my car will need during my next visit. I will definitely be scheduling all my future service appointments with Sam!

  I had an appointment for oil change at 1 o’clock. They keep me await for two hours when I text advisor. He’s telling me that there is still two cars in front of me. They brought my car back without oil change.do not come here if you don’t have all day to wait

  Definitely a poor experience every time I go to the service department. My appt was at 1:15pm, it’s currently 3:30. I watched a tech pull my car into the bay 20 minutes ago (3:06) to be exact. The guy helping me was really nice, but the older hispanic gentleman that sits behind him totally ignores most people and has an attitude if you ask him for assistance. This has been a reoccurring theme for service at this location. I’m only here for an oil change and tire rotation… lol. This type of customer service is truly unacceptable.

  Worst experience ever at Sheehy Toyota of Stafford. Do NOT go here. The finance representative tried to force us to buy a VIP package even after we clearly said no multiple times. She was extremely pushy and disrespectful, and even called us "stupid" and "crazy" for not wanting the package. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they made mistakes with the paperwork and gave us information for the wrong car. Then they called my husband back to signeverything again because of THEIR error, with no apology. Both the finance person and the salesperson Kevin treated us very poorly. This dealership has no respect for customers and is very unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Unlike other salespeople I've encountered, Aaron was never pushy; he patiently addressed my questions and concerns. When the car I initially wanted was sold, he proactively found a similar model that met my needs. During a test drive, he arranged for a second ride on both highway and local roads to ensure I was comfortable with the car’s performance. Plus, his pricing was the best in the region compared to all the other Toyota dealerships I checked. Overall, I highly recommend asking for Aaron if you're in the market for a car. His expertise, customer-first approach, and unbeatable prices truly set him apart. Thanks Aaron!
