  Extremely disappointing experience with Sheehy Toyota Stafford. I found a 2017 Nissan Frontier at Sheehy Toyota in Stafford that I was interested in purchasing. Last night, at approximately 7:50 p.m., just 10 minutes before the dealership closed, I spoke with salesman Neela Noor about the truck. I explained to him that I live more than four hours away and specifically asked him if the truck would be held for me until my scheduled appointment at 12:30 p.m. the following day. I did not want to drive four hours only to arrive and find out that someone else had purchased it. I was assured that the truck would be held for me. Based on that assurance, I made plans to come to the dealership. We left at 8:00 this morning and drove more than four hours. At approximately 12:23 p.m., when we were only about five minutes from the dealership, Neela called me and told me that the truck had been sold. I reminded him of our conversation the night before and asked why I had been assured that the truck would be held. He first told me that he had instructed me to wait and not leave home until he called me. That is not what he told me. He then gave me a different explanation, saying that he had tried to call me around 9:00 p.m. the previous night to tell me the truck had already been sold. When I asked why he had not left a voicemail, he said he was pretty sure he had. I checked my phone. There was no missed call and no voicemail from him. I then spoke with sales manager Ruben Perez, who told me that the truck had actually been sold two days earlier. That made the situation even more frustrating. If the truck had already been sold the day before I called, why was I told that it was available? Why was I assured that it would be held for me? And why did no one contact me to tell me it was unavailable until I was five minutes away after driving more than four hours? What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern or accountability from the dealership. I explained that I had wasted an entire day and approximately $50 in gas because I had relied on what I was told. There was no meaningful apology and no attempt to make the situation right. Instead, I was simply told that they had plenty of other vehicles I could look at. At that point, I had no interest in looking at another vehicle from Sheehy Toyota. I understand that vehicles get sold. I understand that mistakes happen. What I do not understand is making a specific commitment to a customer who has clearly explained that he is traveling four hours, and then failing to honor that commitment—or even communicate honestly about what happened. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Sheehy Toyota after this experience. If you are considering traveling a long distance to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly recommend getting confirmation in writing and independently verifying that the vehicle is actually available before making the trip.

  I had a very pleasant experience from the sales rep, Thomas, to the sales manager, John, and finance manager, Ashlee. Thomas and John gave me the numbers, eased my mind & anxiety, let me go home to think about it overnight with no pressure, and were patient&helpful when I went a different route the next day. I will definitely be back in the future. thanks so much for working with me and getting me into my new ride! (I'll be waiting on my commission from getting my neighbors to buy one too. :-)...)

  Our experience was fantastic. We went in with no appointment and still received great service. Stephani was a huge help and take quick control over everything to get us into a car we love. I'm extremely pleased with our experience there and I cannot rate Stephani Banuelos highly enough.

  Excellent Outstanding Experience! Stephani Banuelos was my salesperson and she did a fabulous job providing me with all of the vehicle information and accommodating my schedule. Toyota provided a comprehensive vehicle inspection of my pre-owned vehicle and I paid for my own vehicle inspection that matched Toyota's vehicle guarantee!

  I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford. I purchased a 2013 vehicle from this dealership, and it has been one of the biggest financial mistakes I’ve ever made. This vehicle should have never passed the inspection they claimed to perform. After purchasing the car, I brought it back to their service department for repairs, yet no one informed me that the entire rear undercarriage was severely rusted. I later learned that the rust damage was extensive and that the transmission also needed to be replaced. I’m still making payments on this vehicle, yet I’m now facing more than $12,000 in repairs—more than I originally paid for the car. For the past nine months, I’ve also had to spend thousands more on rental cars and towing fees because the vehicle has been undrivable. I trusted this dealership to sell me a safe, properly inspected vehicle, but instead I was left with a car that has become a financial burden. I feel completely misled by the condition of the vehicle and the lack of transparency about its serious mechanical and structural issues. Please do yourself a favor and have any used vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy. I wish I had done that, because it could have saved me thousands of dollars, months of stress, and an unreliable vehicle.
