    Super friendly staff and easy to work with. Had a reservation I had to change a few times but was good to go within 5 mins of being helped. Smooth ride with no issues for myself and my children!

    The car I rented had a cracked windshield, which is very dangerous and makes it hard to see the road—half of it was already cracked. I paid for a good SUV, but they gave me such a poor vehicle that's so unsafe. I won't rent from this company again! It's terrifying!

    I was forced to pay for the rental because Enterprise did not want to wait for the insurance company to pay, even after the insurance company said it was approved. Which is unfair to the customer, especially when insurance is already paying 100%. I was never told there was no waiting period to receive pay from the insurance company. Insurance company has already made clear they will not be paying me directly for the rental. Since Enterprise took it upon themselves to not wait for payment, the insurance company is not taking fault for the payment and now the customer is left stuck paying for a rental that was not supposed to be. Now Enterprise has been paid twice for one rental and they are telling me I need to get my money back from the insurance company. This is unfair and very unprofessional with both insurance and enterprise to put a customer in this position playing middleman!

    I've rented vehicles from a lot of places over the years, and the Enterprise location on Route 1 in Garrisonville/Stafford is hands down one of the best experiences I've had. Store Manager Jasmine consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every rental is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a genuine focus on customer service. She treats customers like valued guests rather than just another transaction, and her leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire team. Jaquan is also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whether it's answering questions, getting vehicles ready, or helping customers through the rental process, he's always willing to go the extra mile. What really stands out is the entire staff. Everyone is welcoming, positive, and easy to work with. They make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable—something that's become rare these days. The team communicates well, treats people with respect, and consistently delivers outstanding service. If you're looking for a rental car in Stafford, this is the location to use. Jasmine, Jaquan, and the entire team have figured out how to make renting a car fun again. Highly recommended!

    I am a frequent Enterprise customer, renting vehicles at least monthly—and often weekly—for business travel. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I have encountered. Upon arriving 30 minutes early for my reservation, the manager on duty became visibly irritated. He was unprofessional and confrontational throughout the rental process. I observed him informing another customer—a Caucasian military member—that he could not rent a vehicle without providing two phone numbers, a requirement I have never seen listed in Enterprise’s official policies. After significant difficulty, including my husband needing to intervene on my behalf, I eventually received the basic economy vehicle I had reserved—after my original pickup time. The manager’s demeanor was consistently rude and dismissive. When I returned the vehicle two days early and politely asked for an approximate timeline on when any toll charges might post, he instructed a staff member to tell me he had “no idea” and that I should call the 800-number. His employee appeared visibly embarrassed by the interaction. I remained courteous and professional at all times. This experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Enterprise. I hope management will investigate this location and the conduct of the manager involved.
