  They ARE TRULY AMAZING!!! NOT ONLY SERVICE BUT THE STAFF AND TECHS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. We caught a flat tire and didn’t know where to go, God pointed us in the direction of this shop and from the moment we walked in we were received with the best customer service I’ve experienced in my whole life. Although they did not have the tire size we needed they called around and helped point us into the direction of the shop that did. It is much more that happened that I won’t go into detail about but if you fall for the other shops near you are truly missing out on a blessing in disguise! I loved my one experience and I will truly remember this experience for the rest of my life. Y’all have a forever customer now thank you guys so much!

  Got my emissions done on my infiniti within 30 minutes, very nice ladies at the front desk and amazing experience. will be coming back for my next emissions!

  Our family have been clients on and off since the early 2000's and steadily in the past few years. The level of service and personal attention go well beyond what one would expect from a service center. I have so many examples but want to bring attention to the most recent; we had two vehicles brought in for dead batteries and desperately needed one "street-legal" for a move to Ohio. The vehicle in question was a mess in terms of passing a state inspection; they knew we needed the vehicle before early Monday for the move and with their help, had it ready by 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, closing time 3:00 p.m. I was overwhelmed by the level of care from the service desk and technicians and plan to make it up to the whole shop somehow. Thank you so much!

  My hubs and I have been utilizing American Automotive Tire Pros sporadically for years. Each time, we experienced FAVORABLE service absent of all drama and surprise charges. Recently I visited due to a “hole in my tire.” Well, that “hole” led to 2 impaled nails (Thanks, Aquia Town Center parking lot!) and some sort of a crack/slow leak only visible from the inside of the tire. Since the latter was irreparable, I needed a new tire. Because I suspected some sort of “fun” repair due to driving through the parking lot by KFC, I brought with me a good/used tire I kept housed in my garage. American Automotive quickly installed the tire for me at a charge of $0! WHAAAT?? I paid no fee for labor, recycling, nor other fine print. <insert HAPPY DANCE> BONUS FEATURES: “The Ladies” at the front desk were a comical bunch and made the wait time fly by. The waiting area was comfortable and well decorated. I especially LOVED the signage; SARCASM is my LOVE LANGUAGE!
