  I brought my car to American Automotive for brake repair and muffler repair, and I had an excellent experience. Missy took care of me and went over my entire bill line by line so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The service was fast, and everyone at the shop was really nice and welcoming. I highly appreciate their transparency and efficiency, and I will definitely be coming back!

  They were so good to me. Listened to Mr explain what my car was doing. Didn't try to sell me parts that I didn't need. I will take my car there now for everything.

  BEWARE-Quick to take your money but no service after sale .. besides lip service and a run around filled with conflicting information every time you call and never expect them to call you back when they say they will ....it won't happen. Save yourself the anguish go somewhere else.

  From start to finish everyone and everything was great! The ladies were welcoming, up beat and friendly upon check in, the mechanics in the back worked quickly and communicated throughout the entire process! Fingers crossed I don’t have to come back- but if I do I KNOW exactly where I will be going!

  Came in and brought my own lug nuts and screws. Just wanted to swap lug nuts and extract a screw and replace with new one. All parts were provided by me. I called many other places they said about $70-80 called here they said come in person and we will check it out and give you price. So I came by and I asked them to give me a price first they went in back did the work then come out tell me its $140!! Charged me $140 for something that probably only took 15 minutes. Very unprofessional, I was basically forced to pay this ridiculous price. I paid and left will never come back here.
