  I brought my vehicle to Sheehy Volkswagen to diagnose a safety/emergency system warning light on my dash. Because the emergency SOS components are located in the ceiling, the service team had to drop the overhead console to access them. ​The technician clearly removed the housing improperly and snapped the internal plastic mounting brackets and screw tracks. Instead of taking accountability and ordering a replacement factory part, the service department tried to hide the damage by gluing the broken plastic pieces back together. ​Unsurprisingly, the glue quickly failed. The entire overhead console is now completely loose, sagging away from the headliner, and at risk of falling off. ​Because I have since relocated out of state, I cannot return to the dealership to demand they correct this. I am now forced to buy the replacement OEM structural trim out of pocket to fix their amateur cover-up. I am highly disappointed by the complete lack of technical care from a certified Volkswagen service center, the poor quality control, and the dishonest attempt to glue a broken structural component back together instead of replacing it.

  I purchased the VIP club package for service and it was highly disappointing. I went in for a VIP oil change and inspection. It took almost 3 hours to complete. Customers who came in for a standard oil change, an hour after me and 45’mins after me, were done first. It seems as though since they’re paying, they actually take priority where as my payment is tied to my monthly bill. I love my Volkswagen, but I’m regretting choosing Sheehy and I still have 2 1/2 years left on my lease.
