  Very disappointing experience with this dealership. They told me my vehicle would be ready Tuesday after a repair, but I didn’t get it back until Thursday. Communication from the sales associate was terrible — I constantly had to follow up myself, and when they promised delivery at 10 AM, they were over an hour late and hadn’t even left yet when I called. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered low on coolant, and after only two months I’m already being told the brakes and rotors need a $1,500 replacement. Poor communication and poor quality control overall.

  Thanks to the guys for staying past closing to get a deal done on my CPO ID.4! Mr. Ricky is a cool cat that made the experience pretty easy. I'm usually not the biggest fan of the car sales experience (you know what I mean lol) but Ricky was cool, not pushy... Showed some cool features in the car and encouraged me to take my time on the test drive. This didn't happen all in one day and he didn't pressure me to try to get something done right away... Just come back through when I'm ready, which I appreciated. I checked the lot on one day and took a peek, came back a different day to test drive (while also checking vehicles at other lots.. still no pressure), then called close to closing on a Monday got the deal done. He still got the car ready and took his time even while the wife was calling for him to come home LOL. Good dude and appreciate it.

  I had a wonderful experience at Alexandria Volkswagen. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very respectful. I especially want to thank Mr. Jackson for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions clearly, made me feel comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to help me. It is rare to meet someone who treats customers with such honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. Mr. Jackson made the experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate his support.   This was my first time purchasing a car, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Samim Amirabadi made sure we had everything we needed and that we felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process. He handled every bump in the road with ease, stayed patient, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out the most was how much effort Samim put into making this experience special and stress-free. He even stayed late to help finalize the deal and made the moment feel exciting and memorable, right down to putting the big red bow on my car before I drove away. I left feeling genuinely happy, confident in my purchase, and really grateful for all of his help. Aymen in finance was also incredibly helpful and thorough. He took the time to go over all of our options carefully and worked hard to help us get the best deal possible. He made sure we understood everything and answered every question we had.
