- NENathaniel EllisJun 20, 20261.0I brought in my vehicle for a repair quote. - The cost for a quote was $50 higher in person than on their website. Great first impression. - The quote for the job was over $2000 higher than than an independent repair shop more local to me. - They wanted to have me leave the car there for the whole day to do the diagnostic... "it will take all day". It took them thirty minutes. - As I was reading through the documentation they provided, they lowered the price of the job by $1000. I asked why: "we have a good relationship with Subaru of America and value our customers". If you "valued your customers", some price transparency would go a long way. - They suggested the brake fluid needed flushing. I did that two months ago. - They said the tires were dry rotted... I got them changed last year. - I asked for copies of the documentation they provided to me outlining the suggested work. The representative said "of course!" and then provided me completely different documents. - The music in the waiting area was driving me crazy. Just... silence please. No self service coffee either. Let me think about how I'm getting fleeced.

After multiple other repair shops looked at it we took it to Sheehy Springfield and they identified the issue and were done with the car same day.
