  Disgraceful Customer Service!!! I am beyond furious at this point with the utter lack of professionalism and basic customer service at Sheehy Subaru. On June 3, 2026, due to a severe lag on their website and a complete lack of an immediate confirmation screen, an accidental duplicate transaction went through on my end. I ended up with a double charge across two different payment cards for Invoice #436707. Mistakes happen, but their complete refusal to fix it is unacceptable. I have called their standard customer service lines FOUR SEPARATE TIMES trying to get a simple refund initiated, and I have been entirely ignored or brushed off. My most recent phone call was incredibly insulting—the representative I spoke with was completely unhelpful, entirely unengaged, and sounded like their dog just died. They clearly did not care at all about resolving a blatant billing error. I should not have to chase a dealership for over a month just to get my own money back from a website glitch. Absolutely pathetic communication. Avoid doing online business here unless you want your money tied up in a billing black hole.

  Vicky is Sales is absolutely amazing! She is kind, patient, helpful, and not pushy! This is my 4th car purchased with her. She’s *that* good!!! I also worked with Yasi, in finance and she was amazing! Both ladies took their time and explained the entire process and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back when I need another vehicle!

  Sheehy Springfield is amazing! A staffer greets you in the service bay. They bring you in to go over the service before showing you the waiting room. And it’s an impressive space! A few large tables with plenty of outlets and workspace. If that’s not your jam there an area with some comfy seats. And they have free snacks, coffee; and reliable wifi. They sent me a short video of the work done and asked if I had questions. And get this. My car was ready early. Early! Staff made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. Oh it gets better. They apologized for only being able to vacuum the interior and gave me a coupon for a free car wash at a local place. That’s what sets Subaru apart. They care about their customers and are part of the community. And oh yeah. Super trustworthy. 10/10 recommend.

  Gosh, don't know where to start even. Went out to test drive three vehicles the other night. Called ahead at both dealerships, made it clear that I was just coming in to test drive a specific vehicle that was on my short list, and if that one for it to stay on the list I would be glad to give all required information at that point. Sheehy Subaru got it. Went in, guys were all friendly, no pressure, they had my vehicles parked right out front, I test drove them, came back and they said thanks and they hope to hear from me. Just an all-around great experience, and one that made me decide our next vehicle will be a Subaru after many, many Toyotas.

  Just purchased a new vehicle from Sheehy Subaru of Springfield. This was our first Subaru and the staff at Sheehy were wonderful! They made the experience very pleasant! Once we contacted the dealer via the website, they were in constant contact with us; however, we NEVER FELT PRESSURED. We really appreciated the straightforward pricing as it was transparent. We got a very fair trade in on our old vehicle. Our sales advisor was Stephanie and she was very easy to work with. Chris, the Sales Manager, truly went out of his way to make us feel valued and appreciated. I would certainly recommend Sheehy for your new car needs!
