  Very satisfying buying experience! From Jay, a sales rep., to the Store manager to the financing department, each was courteous, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Equally important perhaps, the company culture seemingly values creating genuine customer relations over the use of expedient and exploitative sales tactics. Would recommend this dealership to every current and prospective Subaru owner in the DMV.

  Stephen Sanchez was outstanding. He had both vehicles that I was interested in already available to test drive before I arrived to the dealership. He took the time to explain the features of both vehicles, worked with me on getting my used vehicle appraised, and got the financing process started. He made the process stress free and easy. Mecit Barlas was also outstanding. He worked with me on financing and finalizing the car buying process could not have gone any smoother. Sheehy Subaru Springfield is THE place to buy a new or used Subaru. Their team is professional, personable and invested in making sure the buyer leaves happy with their vehicle purchase. I purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback.

  We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this vehicle purchase for our daughter was the most pleasant we have ever experienced. Jay and Sam were professional and fun to work with. We had our own financing but they made quick work of trying to get us a better rate... they came pretty close, so we went with our bank. The no-haggle pricing is refreshing and no pressure. This was our 1st stop just to look, but things were so smooth from the moment we stepped on the lot, that we decided to look no further. They had the vehicle inspected, filled with gas, freshly detailed, and ready with a big red bow so it was Instagram-ready for her when we came back to pick it up. We will look to Sheehy for future vehicle purchases and highly recommend them to our friends.

  Thank you so much for making my car-buying experience absolutely fantastic from start to finish! 😊 Jahid and his wonderful team were an absolute joy to work with. They were genuinely friendly, super transparent, and never once made me feel pressured. Every single question I had was answered patiently and clearly, and they gave me a really fair trade-in value right away, just straightforward kindness. Even after a long, tiring day, walking into that refreshing, welcoming environment instantly lifted my spirits. The whole team was so helpful and attentive that the entire process felt effortless and actually enjoyable! When it came time to pick up my new car, it was in perfect condition , sparkling clean and ready to go. Adeel and Sam took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly, making sure I felt confident and excited.

  Scheduled an appointment online and it was slotted for $50. I thought it was too good to be true…it clearly was. Why allow your customers on your own website to sign up for an appointment, show the price…then change it when it is time for payment? Cheating customers is not in my wheelhouse. I’m a restaurant manager and have been doing this for 10 years. I’ve never once turned my back on the customer and it has always made me more money in return…BECAUSE THEY RETURN. ROI is the reason why you guys are in business…return customers that use your products because of consistency and pleasure/ease. Clearly I was wrong to choose this location (or Subaru for that matter). Just disappointed that I have to go out of my way to not go here. Shame.
