  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Sheehy Ford of Springfield. I specifically called ahead to ask about the service I needed and was told that it was a walk-in service and that no appointment was necessary. Based on that information, I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived, I was then told there was a 4–5 hour wait and that I could have made an appointment for the service. Had I been given that information when I called, I absolutely would have scheduled an appointment rather than making a two-hour-plus round trip for nothing. I understand that service departments can get busy, but the information provided over the phone should be accurate and consistent with what customers are told when they arrive. A simple heads-up that appointments were recommended would have saved me a significant amount of time and frustration.

  Responsive but dubious service. After requesting a 100K and 110K service, I found the transmission fluid low (did not measure on the dip stick) and a misfire in a cylinder. The service rep was condescending and seemed to doubt everything I said. After reporting the issues and putting almost one quart of tranmission fluid in myself before driving back to the dealership the next day, the service team was quick to fix the misfire and tell me the transmission fluid was fine. I guess it was because I filled it properly! I appreciate the quick fixes for the recalls. I am not sure if I can recommend the service department primarily because of the condescending attitude and failure to recognize their own mistakes. No compensation was offered for my additional time required to take the car back and miss work; not even an apology.

  The staff was amazing and very active throughout my decision‑making process. They supported me every step of the way while I was buying my new car. Great service provided with Mohammad and the finance department.

  I went in(scheduled appointment)to get a leaking roof fixed and a oil change. I worked with Scott Bennett. The service was great,very responsive and firm understanding of fun facts to be aware of as a ford owner. I will definitely be back and enjoyed the experience.
