  Tina and the valet department Were extraordinary, picked up my car on time and got the work done and a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be using them again.

  Jon was excellent, one of the best service advisor that I have worked with. He explained all the work being done in detail and tried to save me money by working with the technician to open the brake calipers. He could have just said to replace them.

  The differences in Sheehy dealerships is dramatic. I had an experience with the Sheehy Hyundai dealership in Chantilly that ended up in arbitration, which we won handily, and Sheehy was penalize far beyond our initial ask. However Sheehy Ford, specifically Jon, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He did what he said he was going to do, did it faster than promised, kept me informed throughout the process, did not overcharge (yes, I compared quotes from 5 other repair shops once I knew what was needed). I would not hesitate to recommend Sheehy Ford and Jon in their service department.

  Was told to bring my car in at 0800 so it could be looked at. Said it would take less than an hour. I left and came back two hours later and it still hadn't been looked at. All they needed was a serial number off a part so they could order it. It took over another hour for them to get the serial number. Total of 3.5hrs. The guy said he would call me once the part came in to schedule a service to get it fixed. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything...
