  I got a screw in my tire and since I require a safe and fully functioning car for my job I needed to get it fixed immediately or I would not be able to see clients. I called 3 places to include another NTB location (and other company) and was quoted that I wouldnt been seen for at least 2 hours. When I called the NTB on Rolling rd they first quoted 30 minutes to been seen (which in my opinion more than fair since they didnt know what all was needed or who else would come.in before I got there). When I got there the building was EXTREMELY HOT with no AC (90° plus is very hard to work in and still be friendly and professional was very nice but they deservesome cool air please). Joel was very nice and professional and apologized for the heat. He was able look at my car and get it in immediately. While my car was being worked on he was very friendly and helped me find a comfortable place to work. I have always used NTB and liked it but i will start using this location as a primary because of the immediacy of the work and allowing me get back to my day and finish on time. As someone who is in and out of the AC on very hot days and does a lot of work outside of an office I would encourage corporate to fix the AC. For employees and for customers while they wait. No one wants to feel like that. I would likely not start using this location if it wasn't for the friendly fast service today from Joel and the staff on site.

  Joel and Jason deserve 10 stars. They are helpful and wanna solve any problem can comes up. But manager and mechanics of store don’t deserve even 1 star. They dont know how to fix things. Avoid any Mavis or NTB locations because if something goes wrong, you will deal with customer service and regional manager who doesn’t help and ignore you whatever is the case. I should sue them to damage my car but sake of Joel and Jason’s kindness I will move on

  I came in to because I was having problems with my ac and needed new tires, the staff was amazing helping me out just fine the five stars are only for the workers not this company! Jason and Javin really went above and beyond. however I find it ridiculous for this company to have their workers without ac in this extreme 100+ degree weather as it is an OSHA violation to keep workers in a place that is a clear hazard for heat induced illness! It is just carelessness from corporate to not get that issue fixed.

  The gentlemen at NTB are extremely professional and kind. They did my oil change in under an hour with tire rotation and then took care of one of my tires which turned out to have a construction screw in it, complementary. The shop was without AC all week in over 100 degree weather and these guys worked non stop the whole time I was there. I was a first time NTB customer, but now I will be a regular.

  On today 06/22/2026 , I was not having a good day because of my tire issue, I will say from the moment I first walked through the door , I was greeted right away and assisted, I just want to publicly thank Kenny, Javin , Tim and Joel for every role they played in getting my tires together, I really appreciate the Top Notch! service and professionalism that was provided to me today...and because of that I will definitely be back! As well as I will refer everyone I know that need their vehicle serviced / tires. Once again Thank you again!
