I had a great experience with NTB Tire Service! The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The service was efficient, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend NTB to anyone looking for reliable tire service and quality customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

Entered the store and was greeted immediately by an employee. We went outside to look at my problem and he said they can fix it and took the car in right away. After a little while the car was brought and the issue had been repaired Great professional service.

Excellent service at NTB! They replaced my tires and completed an alignment the same day, all within three hours. Joe C. went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for travel that night. I truly appreciate the fast, professional service and would recommend this location to family and friends.

I had gotten a piece of metal from the rolling rd construction lodged in my tire so deep the air was leaking out so fast and when I came I to ntb Joel was a tremendous help and they fit me in right then. As well as made sure they got the metal out of my old tire for me to show to the construction safety crews. Ive lived here my whole life and actually had never gone here before but tires are a great price as well as their customer service. Definitely recommend and they have a new customer with me.

exceptional service, above and beyond - shoutout ti javin in particular. my car developed an issue (a loud dragging, banging) while going over 24 mph on a saturday evening when all service stations were closed. i was afraid to go far from home (i.e. work) on the following monday, and assumed most service stations were closed on sunday. when i arrived at one of the few that were open (NTB) I approched the counter where javin was on the phone with someone who also needed service (albeit a serious one from what i heard), only to be told by javin that there were no openings that day at all. after he hung up and to me, i was ready to just leave without even asking about a possible service - javin saud the same as what i heard him say to the person on the phone (no way today), but he called two other NTB’s in the area on my behalf to check. with one, he was surprised there was no mechanic in, with the other he was more surprised to find that no one answered the phone. he apologized on behalf of NTB, and offered to at least take a look at what might be the issue if i left the car (with no promises given the busy schedule). without making an already long story longer, the issue was fixed by 5pm, with javin “almost” apologetic for having charged what turned out to be a fairly minor maintenance issue about 30 min of labor. he was courteous, professional, and went put of his way to make sure my issue was resolved on a sunday! his and ntb’s service have inspired a thank you and a loyal customer who will always return as needs arrive!
