  I wish I would be able to put 0 star. They don’t know how to fix car, they don’t know how to use wheel locks and they don’t know how to get responsibility after they brake wheel lock. After all the take care to ford dealer, and car returns with damage and they don’t get responsibility about it too. Up to you to go there but I wish I DIY it. It would be less pain and stress. Anytime I go there car gets worse like they punish me as breaking things.

  What follows is a true fairy tale about an anxious Grandmother Bear and a worried Grandfather Bear who became the hero of the family forest, thanks to fast work by NTB. Let me explain. My wife has to leave the house early tomorrow morning to drive two hours to attend Grandparents Day at my granddaughter’s elementary school. Let me say upfront that it’s hazardous territory (unbearable) to get between Grandma Bear and her Grandchildren! I got an emergency call from an upset GB, who reported that the front passenger-side tire on her Toyota Highlander appeared to be going flat. She nursed the car home. She arrived at 5:30 PM. My task, if I chose to accept it, was to get that tire fixed that night, so Grandma Bear could drive to see her cubby bear in another city the next morning. I stopped at an NTB near my house in Springfield, Virginia. Joel greeted me with a friendly, relaxed smile. I explained my predicament (I did not use the manipulative bear metaphor in this review). Joel said a mechanic could take a look at it right away. He did, and the verdict was that the tire could be repaired on the spot for only $29. (Grandpa Bear was bracing himself for a new tire that would be at least 10 times that much, which he would gladly pay to make grandma bear happy). The work was done by 6 PM! Thirty minutes. I felt like I had my own crew at the Beartona 500! This smiling grandpa bear is about to deliver a safe and drivable car to a happy Grandma Bear. Thanks to NTB, I think I’m going to get some honey tonight!

  Last week I had to tow my car in and on very short notice, Javin was able to help me get a new tire installed on my car on the same day. I was having a very rough morning and Javin was able to turn my day around. The installation was done quickly and looked great. I’m a repeat customer here because they do good work and every interaction I’ve had here has been top notch customer service.

  I had a great experience at National Tire & Battery. The service was quick and very professional. Everyone was polite and helpful. Javin at the front desk was especially kind and efficient. They fixed my tire immediately and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this place — excellent service all around!

  Jason, John ând the guys here at NTB are amazing. It was my first time at this place and needed a second opinion on my car as dealer quoted me $750 for brakes and other things on an issue. This team here took me in and took care of me on the whole process with a better price quote than 4 other places in the area . Great customer service. I’ll be going here more often
