  Alim and Asim were amazing and really took care of me communicating throughout the process. I had an appointment at another location and learned at the last minute they didn’t have enough technicians. I called around and found out they could fit me in. They were knowledgeable, And made me feel like my concerns were their top priority. Great location and great crew! I will definitely be back to this specific Mr. Tire at Backlick Road, Springfield VA!

  I was traveling and having some tire issues. I stopped at other places along the way but Mr Tire was the only place to truly listen to the issue and show me what was going on. Great customer service, communication, and work!

  I had 2 bad tires between snow events this year on my only car (and only 2 carseats). Not only was it same day turnaround, the 2 gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond to make my toddler and baby feel welcome and comfortable while we waited in the lobby. Can't thank these guys enough for their support. Made my life so much easier. Thanks to these guys and to the shop for bringing these guys on and empowering them to support whoever walks in the door.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Springfield, VA. Manager Alim was incredibly honest, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I brought in my 2016 Ford F-150 because it was losing coolant, and instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, Alim took the time to properly diagnose the issue and honestly advised me that I would be better off taking the truck directly to the Ford dealership due to the complexity of the repair involving the turbo cooler lines. That level of integrity is rare these days. Many shops would have tried to charge thousands of dollars for work outside their specialty, but Alim chose honesty over profit, and I truly appreciated it. Their team was respectful, transparent, and treated me with genuine care. Because of that honesty, they’ve earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an auto shop with real integrity and professionalism. Thank you again, Alim and the entire Mr. Tire team!
