If they had told me, I would have just come back later in the afternoon once they had the tires.

- BWB. WillApr 20, 20263.0Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When service was "complete," I checked the tires and they were not rotated, because I mark the wheel prior to going. When I viewed my bill I was charged for tire rotation. I questioned it and the tech took the vehicle and finally did what he was supposed to do. Please beware.
