After removing my tire, they were unable to put it back on properly. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager on-site. They also could not provide me with a manager’s phone number or contact information, and no one followed up with me afterward. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend going here.
- APAshley PeoplesAug 29, 20262.0Why have an appointment time if it's not honored? Appt at 10, car registered open at 1104. Cool, new tires should take 1h - 1h30m. Called for update at 1238 & was told 30-40 due to some emergency vehicle. Idk how tires can be an emergency that takes precedence over everyone else but, ok. Arrived at 1330, nearly an hour later & it's still in the air, no tires. It's now 1345, almost 4 hours after my appointment time & still no vehicle. We dont live nearby so Ive been killing time since sitting wont happen - hip & spine pain from sitting too long. One can only do so much to occupy their time. I dont know how they have the rating they do at this point.

Today, however, had a prescheduled appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told during drop off that it would be between 1.5-2 hours!!😲 2 hours to chage oil.....come on guys!!
