- SJSultan JanAug 6, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with the Enterprise location on Fullerton Road. I specifically requested a smaller, more fuel-efficient car, but instead I was given a much larger vehicle that I didn’t want. To make matters worse, the car had a maintenance message indicating that it needed an oil change, which made me question whether it had been properly serviced before being rented out. The customer service was also disappointing. The staff were not helpful when I explained my concerns or asked for a different vehicle. Overall, I felt that my request was ignored, and I ended up with a car that used much more gas than I expected, increasing my travel costs. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I hope they improve both their customer service and the condition of the vehicles they rent out.

My car was being serviced at nearby auto body shop. They picked me up & helped me get into a luxury car rental which I thoroughly enjoyed. All in all it was a great experience. Enterprise knows how to make their customers feel special. Kudos to entire staff!!
