  This location is huge! Very nice & clean with a nice waiting area. Staff greeted us the moment we walked and we struck up a fun convo about the World Cup with them & some other customers waiting. While we were here some area managers rolled in big smiles & water, Gatorade, ice cream & popsicles to bear this unreal heat! It’s 100° today with a real feel of 108°! Bleeeccchhhhh!!! The entire staff was so warm & friendly! Such a great vibe here and def a five star feel! Fingers crossed they have a car. Brian got us in our car & he was superb! 7/3/26

  I can't even put into words how helpful the staff at this location were. I highly recommend renting a vehicle from this location. The Staff will assist you with all of your needs.

  The customer service at pick up and drop off was great! The only thing that was an inconvenience was the 1.5 hour wait on the day of pick up for a rental, despite having a reservation that was made almost a month prior. However, I would like to note that there appeared to be a shortage in vehicles and after waiting for over an hour and a half, they did give me a rental upgrade for the troubles. I did appreciate that a lot. I will more than likely rent a vehicle from them again! (:

  Very pleased with my experience. Another enterprise location in Alexandria failed to give me a car even though I had an appointment and took forever, so I ended up at this enterprise and the service was great. I got a car within 20 minutes and the workers were very sweet. Drop off was great and quick.

  Horrible customer service! I made a reservation yesterday and even called to confirm, but no one answered. When I arrived to pick up the car, they told me they had no vehicles available. The owner apologized and offered me a car with a broken window as an alternative. Of course, I said no. When I told him that situations like this would cost him customers, he didn’t seem to care. Instead, he blamed Booking.com, saying that people make reservations through the site and never show up. If you’re planning to reserve a car at this location, think twice. You may end up wasting your time because they are not professional and may keep you waiting for much longer than expected. I saw a woman who had been waiting almost five hours because she had no other option. In the end, I waited 30 minutes for nothing. Very disappointing experience.
