  A special thank you to Tiffany, Ball, and the entire team for their amazing customer service. Tiffany went above and beyond to arrange a driver to take me to pick up my car. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you all for making my experience so easy and pleasant!

  All good - if you walk in and see a line: don't worry . . . they move everyone through quickly Be sure to review deposit and payment info before going. Website did a poor job of doing so and we were surprised. Not the onsite staff's fault. But yeah, top notch for the onsite crew: 5 stars!

  This place is a joke. Go anywhere else but here. Today around noon I scheduled a pick up from them at 2:30 to take me to their location to pick up my rental vehicle. At 2:45 I called to check the status of it. The lady answers the phone and says can I call you back in 30 to an hour. I said wait I’m just calling to see when my ride is coming. She said please hold. I held the line for 15 minutes and finally hung up. I called back several times but kept getting blown off. I finally had to have USAA step in and they got to the bottom of it. They had no more rental cars on their lot. So instead of giving me a courtesy call to let me know this they wasted close to four hours of my time just giving me the run around. Now I’m stuck without a vehicle for all of my appointments tomorrow. Thanks for nothing!! Go elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache

  This is a bit overdue but nonetheless mention worthy!!! This is a location that I highly prefer. All of my visits here have been exceptional over the recent years. However, my most recent experience, nearly a couple months ago, was elevated by one employee in particular, TIFFANY. Tiffany is single-handedly responsible for making this site even more positively impressionable. Upon my arrival, it turned out to be a bit chaotic - there were more patrons than vehicles available for rent. Tiffany demonstrated all the qualities and attributes of a leader. Everything from how she demonstrated poise and professionalism, to taking initiatives to be solution oriented, to being communicative and determining what the priorities were, and to taking action, decisively might I add. Tiffany proved to me in less than 30 minutes how much of a valuable asset she is to this location and organization. I’m certain that she has more to offer, in terms of value, if she assumed a leadership role within Enterprise versus from the podium/desk she serves customers from. Separately, Tiffany, if you remember, I said you should be a project manager or an educator. You have the “IT” factor. Keep up the phenomenal work!!!!!

  Enoch Taylor and Tiffany Ball are the most helpful amazing employees, they helped me get into a car quickly and efficiently. They were busy when I first showed up, but took the time to work with me on a short notice and get the reservation taken care of. I ended up needed a renewal, they helped me get through the process without any issues. They were kind and helpful bright and early in the morning each time I showed up. Very professional and polite, highly recommend this location due to these wonderful employees.
