  I brought my vehicle to this location for a repair and was told when it would be ready. Unfortunately, the first part ordered was the wrong part, which was an error on the shop’s side. This caused a one-day delay. The next day, I was told that the supplier had sent the wrong parts — two right-side parts instead of one right-side and one left-side part. As a result, I lost two full days dealing with this repair. The total repair estimate is approximately $1,857. I asked the staff and management if they could offer a reasonable discount or compensation for the inconvenience and the time I lost. I was told that management would not offer anything. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I understand that the second issue may have been caused by the parts supplier. However, the first incorrect order was made by the shop, and I expected better communication and customer service. I hope management will review this situation and consider doing something for the customer when mistakes result in significant delays. Thank you for your response. I did contact the number you provided, and they told me that they had spoken with the store. Unfortunately, I was informed that no discount or any other compensation would be offered. So, despite following the instructions and contacting the number you provided, nothing was offered to resolve the situation or compensate me for the inconvenience and delays I experienced.

  I'm never going back. We got tires installed here and afterwards noticed a noise we hadn't heard before. We brought it back to double check the installation. They ended up saying we needed new shocks and struts for about 3 K. That didn't sound right - the car had just passed inspection a month ago. We got a second opinion at a different mechanic and specifically told them to check the shocks and struts. They never figured out what the noise was, but they said we definitely didn't need new shocks and struts. And even if we did, a google search for my make/model in Roanoke should have been $1,900 MAX. Also, the guy at the desk was very surly. How is this place averaging 4.1 stars? TL/DR: might have messed up the car through a tire installation, misdiagnosed the problem and tried to charge us a 50% markup, bad customer service.

  I have a sixteen-year-old car. I needed to replace a cracked tail light to pass inspection. The nice man at the desk suggested I find a salvage light to save money, which I did. Mr.Tire replaced the tail light with the salvage light for $350. A little over a month goes by and a fellow driver honks and tells me my tail light is out. I drive directly to Mr. Tire and they tell me my salvage light was probably bad and suggested I buy a new tail light this time. I was told that the light was working after the first repair, but I had no way of knowing this to be true. So I, who knows very little about cars, used a flash light and Youtube videos to figure out the light was not plugged into the power source. A square socket had no plug. I was able to fix the tail light. If Mr. Tire had only taken a minute to check.
