BEWARE!!!! This company caused $900 worth of damage to my 2023 truck. They admitted to the damage, waited for 4 weeks for them to order a part to repair it and never heard from them. Meanwhile I'm pouring a quart of oil in my truck every day. Finally went back to see what the status of the repair was, they never ordered the part. They told me I could take it to a mechanic to be repaired and then bring them the bill. I did that and now they are denying my payment because I had it "serviced elsewhere". I have the photos, emails from Strickland and statement from 2 different mechanics that THEY were responsible for the damage.

Shaka was great very thorough in explaining everything going on during the oil change. Price was great especially driving a diesel.

Very helpful and nice!! Checked everything even when I only asked for top off even offered a fuel cleaner which might help so my gas doesn’t run out faster

I moved to Halifax County a little over a year ago and have used Strickland Bros in South Boston for my last 3 oil changes. The technicians there are always friendly, polite and in a good mood! They get me in and out quickly and never pressure me for extra services. I highly recommend them for your car maintenance needs.

Yesterday my mom went in to get an oil change for my car and by the time I got home there was oil everywhere and my oil light is on and you guys won't answer the phone. Your voicemail is full no one can leave a voicemail I have called over 10 times. You called me this morning and left a voicemail saying about how you want to fix it but you won't answer the phone and you won't clear out your voicemail. You can't help me if you can't answer the phone.
