- LMLisa Mettler5 days ago1.0Today, July 6, 2026 March the 3rd time I have made a reservation with Enterprise in South Boston and they call me minutes before pick up and tell me they don't have it. Several weeks ago I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance because I needed a truck for an auction pickup and once again they couldn't produce a truck. I had to pay a fortune to U-Haul to make the pickup. Enterprise is extremely undependable, unreliable, and unapologetic. When I wanted to make a complaint I was told it is what it is and no improvements could be made.

Waited nearly an hour when the appointment was made days ago I eventually had to leave because I had to get back to work. Also it is impossible to get anyone on the phone I would rate 0 stars if at all possible.

Worse Costumer Service! Lazy folks. Went there then a second time and confronted the Lady and she got all Mad/Rude about it and kicked me out of the Branch. Unbelievable!!! This Time I will take this above and beyond!!!
