  Jon and Ky were absolutely amazing! Friendly and just all in all helpful. Walked me through everything and showed me exactly what they were doing the whole time. I drove away and my car is running better than ever! Thank you both very much! Highly recommend 👌

  The service was great. It was an especially hot day and they offered a cold water while I had my oil changed. The staff were very friendly and seemed like they communicated very well with one another. I was in and out in a timely manner. All in all it was a good experience.

  Went in for a oil change for the first time with the new owners. I have to say wait time was great, because nobody was there. After everything got done I knew why, my car started burning oil becasue they spilt it everywhere! I ended up taking it home and cleaning everything off and noticed my drainplug was dripping! Ended up having to do another oil change myself since it wasn't tightened to spec and they didn't even put a new crush washer on(one time use for most vehicles). Thank God they spilt that oil or I would have taken my trip to Florida with it dripping. Also forgot to mention that their oil prices are absurd for some brand I've never even heard of. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here!

  Absolutely THE WORST service I’ve ever experienced in an auto shop. The air filter they installed didn’t fit and was laying in the bottom of the air box. (See photos) This would have destroyed the engine if I hadn’t caught it. Spilled oil all over the engine. Burned oil odor and smoke for miles. I had to clean the engine and install the correct filter myself. Was in the truck waiting for an hour and a half! All for the absurd price of $187.90. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Strickland Brother's Oil Change in Smithfield VA. Too bad so can’t leave a zero star review.

  Coming from the Navy Nuclear Power field, I was very impressed with the communication and coordination between the person on top and the individual down underneath in the pit. Clearly calling out being ready to drain, ready to refill, pressure up for leak check... I liked the not only checking the dipstick level after engine running and leak check, but also having that level verified by a second person. I especially liked them then showing it to me to concur the level is fine and oil is new. Overall a professionally run shop.
