  Jordan is amazing. It's my second time getting a rental and he always does a great job! The whole team. I definitely will recommend smithfield enterprise.

  Scheduled the night before due to car issues, was told in the morning (8am) that they didn't have any cars in but I was first on the wait list. Called back at 12pm and was told that they probably wouldn't have any cars in for the rest of the day. Jordan stated that he was unsure if he could get me into a car the next morning but GUARANTEED a vehicle for the afternoon. Called the next morning to confirm that I would have a vehicle for the afternoon and Jordan then told me that he would not have any vehicles, despite the guarantee provided the day prior. He then proceeded to tell me that my "reservation wasn't moved to the next day" as the reasoning- HIS responsibility- as the BRANCH MNAGER. No alternatives, just an unaccountable "sorry, I dont remember saying that (guarantee)" Yesterday he discouraged me from calling other vendors/locations for availability and today- he states it would be the only other option. I've used this location repeatedly and have never had this experience. If you need RELIABLE transportation or any customer service----LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

  Jordan was absolutely wonderful! Very communicative, excellent customer service, and a hard worker. He was managing multiple people/families, cleaning vehicles, working front desk, handling calls, and clearly knows what he's doing. He gave us exactly what we needed and made sure we were comfortable waiting due to factors outside his control. People like him are hard to find and I hope the company understands his value!

  Working with (Jordan) to get the rental I wanted not what the insurance company said I had to get. The insurance company didn’t want me to get something equivalent to what I drive. I reminded them that in Virginia it is a law that they have to pay for something as close to what you drive as possible. Enterprise was so easy to work with when I got the rental and when I brought it back.

  Absolutely great experience from pick up to drop off. The agent in Smithfield, VA was friendly, great communicator, efficient and completely focused on customer satisfaction. The check in agent at the Norfolk VA airport was equally outstanding. Literally ran to our car to check us in and get us on our way, also very friendly and intent on customer satisfaction.
