- SAshannon adamsApr 16, 20261.0Service manager Billy lied to me over the phone on a quote on a simple oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment 8 days prior. Got to the establishment and he didn't know or remember talking to me. However my cell phone number proved otherwise. Tried to sell me parts I didn't need. And also lied about having an air filter being delivered. My bill was over $ 142 for something simple. No air filter, tire pressure was off in all 4 tires, and said " those mechanics are supposed to check your fluid levels "....poor service and management. Please take your vehicle somewhere else.
