Quick, professional service. The best way to say thank you is a good review. I picked up a two inch piece of metal in my tire going over the James River Bridge. I changed the spare and found Cofer Automotive before my three hour ride back to NC. The team quickly got me in, fixed the existing tire (saving me $), and got me back on the road within an hour. It’s great to experience businesses that don’t try to upsell you just because you’re in a tight spot. The people at Cofer Auto fixed what was needed for me to safely get back home. Thank you again!

The AC in my car stopped working on my 5 hour drive to Smithfield on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff fit my car in, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired before I needed to return home. Everyone I spoke to was exceedingly courteous and the repair was done quickly - my AC is now ice cold. While I hope I don’t have this type of issue again, I know that Cofer’s will take care of me. Thank you!
