  Took my vehicle there for service and it sat there all day and didn’t get serviced. I had to call them after 4 to see was it ready and they had excuses why they couldn’t get to it.

  The AC in my car stopped working on my 5 hour drive to Smithfield on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff fit my car in, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired before I needed to return home. Everyone I spoke to was exceedingly courteous and the repair was done quickly - my AC is now ice cold. While I hope I don’t have this type of issue again, I know that Cofer’s will take care of me. Thank you!

  Service manager Billy lied to me over the phone on a quote on a simple oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment 8 days prior. Got to the establishment and he didn't know or remember talking to me. However my cell phone number proved otherwise. Tried to sell me parts I didn't need. And also lied about having an air filter being delivered. My bill was over $ 142 for something simple. No air filter, tire pressure was off in all 4 tires, and said " those mechanics are supposed to check your fluid levels "....poor service and management. Please take your vehicle somewhere else.
