  Update: The link provided in your response simply redirects me to the same claims system that already denied me. I hope that you were sincere about working towards a resolution, but through a different avenue, as the one already given has failed me. My damage claim was denied despite timestamped photographic evidence taken at their facility the same day, along with a damage claim submitted IN THE PARKING LOT, and a verbal acknowledgment from their own employee Rashon Parks, who was actively directing my vehicle when the damage occurred. Their public response and their claims department are telling two very different stories. I went here a week ago after driving home from Pittsburgh in my new to me car. I went to the drive through the tunnel, with the employee motioning me in come through. As I proceeded to align my tire with where it needed to be, a loud scratching noise occurred. I looked and the employee, and he made a face at me as he heard the noise and saw the issue as well. He came up to me and said, "Well, I guess your car is too low..." I pulled around, and as they were working on refunding me, I looked at my car, which had a 4 inch scratch along the front driver's side bumper. I took pictures, and asked them to file a claim for damage. Not only that, but some of the underpinning on that side has come loose. I received an e-mail stating that it would take a week to review the footage, and then I would be made aware of a decision. Well, they decided with the video, even with the employee encouraging me through, that there were no machines or equipment that could have caused such damage. If you come here, I hope you don't have damage to your car because of their equipment, because you will likely be dismissed and left to cover the repairs just like I was. I will never return to this establishment again. First and last trip, and the weed smell wasn't a great first impression, either.

  At least once a month they block off the entrance and say something isn't working. I go weekly. Customer service is terrible. Its not that it's broken because 15 minutes later it's working. Hire enough people to keep it running

  Would rate this a ZERO but thats not a option. My husband took his car through this car wash and came out with his paint chipped and a scratch on his car. When he talked to someone about it all they could do is take his number and said his boss would call him. He also brought up the fact that some previous customer had a incident with their car getting damaged.. needless to say, the other customer didnt get the outcome they were expecting and got nowhere with the damaged that was caused by this specific carwash. Also they don't have tire shine, it was also confirmed so be careful because you still will get charged for it if you didn't know and didnt ask.

  I've had a membership here for years, and for years its always been disappointing.. Once again I drove 24 minutes from my place to run through the car wash quick because they pressure washed at my apartment and I wasn't home to move the vehicle, so it got debris and chemicals on it. And go figure i show up and they're closing early yet again... If you're going to stop providing services at 6:45 then your hours of operation posted should end at 6:45! Now I have to spend money going somewhere else!?!? We're canceling the memberships for all of our cars.

  I wouldn’t recommend this place too much. We went through and the Dryer/blowers at the end of the wash were so powerful that it put a dent in the top of my truck. I had to push it out.
