I was 3 hours from home, my engine light was on, car was sluggish and I didn’t want to leave my car with Volvo due to the astronomical expense each time my car had an issue. My friend in town said to go directly to Pellis they would take care of me. I walked in at 7 thinking I’m going to be sent to Volvo. An hour later they brought it out fixed, done. I was so happy and assured that my car was fine. I’m telling you, for someone who knows nothing about cars I felt confident, safe, and assured with their service. People were coming and going asking for appointments and leaving happy. This place has an amazing level of customer service and commitment to the community. We need more pillis Brothers in this world, consumers need the assurance of quality and customer care…you find it here. Thank you, you have no idea what a difference you are from Northern Va. auto repair options. I would come back to them 3 hours away than see someone 20 minutes from home.

With my wifes recent medical condition we needed air conditioning and she loves it..helps her breath.thanks soo much.
I called the day before and got an appointment. They were very nice to me checked my car, did not have the part because it was a foreign car and referred me to a close-by business that may have the part. The very nicest thing they did was not charged me a cent. I have an appointment next week for another car that I need fixed.
Seems like honest fair local shop to whom you can trust. I will be going back to them again. However, I do think it would be best to schedule routine things with them well in advance whenever possible as they appear to be very busy all of the time and so working you in may not be an option - so to be fair, be mindful of this. But a busy mechanic is usually always a very good sign in my experience. And that was part of why I chose to try them out since moving here and moving back to Virginia from the Army.
No complaints. Very fair pricing and they did my VA State Inspection and found the things that were actual safety concerns and we got them fixed and they did not go looking for or creating issues out of things that were not relevant and necessary.
Took about two weeks, because like I say I did not make an appointment and I just dropped it off and was not in a rush or anything. But I also have a second vehicle so it was no issue for me. But for someone who may have only one car and you wish to do something routine like Virginia annual state inspection process or an oil change or whatever, then I think it is probably best to schedule it in advance and over communicate your needs or expectations because these guys are very busy because they apparently do good work and seem to be trusted among the locals here.
No complaints. I will bring my vehicles to them again. Good business from all I can tell.
