  Pillis Brothers do a great job. The also let me know what needs to be done now and provides reminders on future maintenance requirements. Great shop and thats why we have been going to Pillis for more than 20 years

  We’re 11 hours from home and they took the time to look at our car that went into limp mode when we showed up at 7 am. We were referred to the dealership but they are an honest shop and I appreciated that . If we lived here we definitely would use them on the regular

  There are several things I'm irritated with reguarding this company, but did you know they're going to add a 4% up charge if you use a debit card! You can pay cash but how much are we supposed to know what it's going to cost at the end of the day? I was also told that they could do a diagnostic and fix it. But that wasn't true. They could do the diagnostic but they couldn't repair it!!!! I explained in depth what was taking place with the vehicle!!!! I was grossly mislead 😤 They're not the friendliest people either

  The team here is friendly, does great work, and their prices are fantastic! Overall, I'm pleased with the work they do. I can't believe I hadn't found them sooner. I do have one piece of constructive feedback: on two occasions, when dropping off my car, I asked them to look at an additional issue or they found an additional issue in the process of completing the work that I got an estimate for. I asked that if they found any additional issues that needed to be addressed to call me before doing any work on it. Both times, I only learned at checkout that additional work had been done without my approval, and it wasn't part of the original estimate. Being called first matters, especially for customers on a tight budget, since even a small unexpected charge can be hard to absorb. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer and would absolutely recommend them.
