Alignment gets messed up after 3 days from getting an alignment from them so I take it to them and they charge me again. I’ve also been there in the past to get some suspension fixed and when they did there was a whole new squeezing sound coming from the back. I also drive a manual car and when I got it back the bottom of the rear bumpers paint was chipped because I was parked on a slight incline

This review should have been posted long ago but after my experience with these guys today I couldnt resist. I've brought my work vehicle here for 6 years and my personal vehicle for 3 years. I've had thousands and thousands of dollars of work done and have always had issues with communication with these guys. Ill call to check status on a job, to then hear them tell me it was done 3 days ago. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times. Pathetic customer service. 2 weeks ago I call about having my personal vehicle inspected. They tell me I cant set an appointment, its first come first serve. Fine. I take the morning off work, show up as they are opening their doors today, only to be told I need to come back in 2 weeks. Are you kidding me? I ask if I can set an appointment for 2 weeks out and am told the same, first come first serve. No appointments. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? I get that an inspection doesn't make this shop money like my work vehicle does but a policy like this in place is a recipe for frustration and wasted time. Despite your convenient location and the ability to handle the fleet company repairs for my work vehicle, this location has just lost a long time customer for life. Great job Goodyear. The "Goodyear" franchise name will always bring these guys business they dont deserve. Take your vehicle somewhere else that will appreciate your business and loyalty. These guys wont.

Never go there without explicit instructions on what they can do for you, if they can do what you need or how long they will keep your vehicle. I drove over an hour to this location and was told that they would need me to leave my car for minimum two days and they were not sure if they could even do the job.
All I need was my brakes checked. They may be good at being mechanics, but the customer service gets 1 star.
