  I had been coming to them since 2019 when I moved just up the street. Never had any issues. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. However, their product mark up is high and labor rate, though competitive for the area is a matter of discussion. Today, in a turn of events, my only issue occurred with someone new. Im a person whom uses their own oil and filter; never had any issues with staff as they had stated oil, filter and tires were something subjective that was based on personal preference. So I came prepared for my appointment and was told they couldn't use customer supplied parts. To which I replied id never had issue and they had used my own supply hundreds of times. The individual was snippy in return and condescending. (It's not what you say, its how you say it!) I left and will not return to that location. For a better experience, stop by the Rhodes Avenue location. Friendlier and more accommodating.

  Man idk what these people think here. I would never let anyone I know bring there car here. Worst place ever.

  Took excellent care of us on a pre purchase inspection. I was blown away with the attention to detail and amount of time they took explaining everything. Absolutely worth the money and I think they probably saved us from purchasing a poorly maintained vehicle! Would give 10 stars if I could.

  Went in for a door and engine issue. Vehicle sat for two weeks and all I found out was what the engine problem was. Door was never touched. Parts were supposedly ordered. When checked back with them some of the parts were ordered not all. Was promised vehicle by a certain date twice and after finding out it was never even started on I paid their diagnostic find and took my vehicle back. Poor customer service.

  Not sure what happened to this business- we have been customers for years, but on a recent visit for an inspection and broken tail light, they gave us a quote and said they’d order the tail light. That was a month ago, and despite multiple efforts to ask about this part arriving and someone saying “they’d call us back asap”, we never received a single phone call. So, our business will now go elsewhere, and by the way they are scammers- their original estimate was extremely overpriced, and we are getting the work done elsewhere. Beware of this place and its apparent change in management.
