  My wife Loves Her Mazda CX-5!! We recommended both the Ford and Mazda stores in Salem Virginia.. Make sure you ask about all packages like oil change and tire rotation! It may not be included. I had some mis-understanding; However, Brandon Johnson and his team were absolutely amazing!! They listened and helped us understand how we can all move forward 🙏 we will be back for another car soon! Thank you all for helping my wife be happy with Her car. We are very happy 😊

  I purchased a vehicle brand new from this dealership and we had a recent issue during an oil change but Brandon Johnson stepped in and made it right! Now THAT is what I call AMAZING customer service! Great place to buy a car and fantastic customer service. I recommend using this dealer if you're in the market for a new or like new vehicle. Thanks Brandon!!!!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I scheduled a service appointment for my 2024 Mazda CX-5, which is still under the factory warranty, because it’s making a noise that may require warranty repair. After my appointment was confirmed, I received a call telling me it had to be canceled because the dealership only has one technician and isn’t scheduling appointments until October. Instead of offering another solution, I was advised to drive about 30 miles to the Mazda dealership in Christiansburg to have my vehicle serviced there. I understand staffing shortages happen, but it’s disappointing that the local authorized Mazda service department couldn’t accommodate a warranty concern and recommended I drive to another city instead. To make matters worse, the cancellation email states that I canceled the appointment, when in reality the dealership canceled it. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected from an authorized Mazda dealership.

  We purchased our first ever Mazda. It was a CX-5. The sales consultant, Rich Beall, was fantastic. He was welcoming, engaged, knowledgeable and at no time did he pressure us. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and made great suggestions. The whole process was very easy. We highly recommend doing business with Berglund Mazda and with Rich.
