  I don't know what the deal is with this truck stop, and I don't understand the drivers who come here, either. It’s quite large and has plenty of parking, yet people don't know how to park properly; they park in prohibited areas or park badly, blocking the way. They linger at the fuel pumps without fueling up—or even if they do fuel up, they still stay too long. They get out to shower or shop, taking as much time as they please without considering other drivers who just need diesel to get back on the road. Just yesterday, after fueling up, I had to get out of my truck to look for the driver parked in front of me, since he wasn't inside his vehicle and I’d been waiting a while. I honked the horn, and an employee threw a package of bags at my truck. My husband started arguing with him, but I stepped in; I got out to ask why he had such a bad attitude. He replied that he was annoyed I had honked. I told him I was trapped because of another driver and that was no excuse to throw something at my truck—that he could have spoken to me respectfully, just as I had to him—and he apologized. When I went inside the truck stop, the driver was calmly doing his shopping. Please be more considerate; we all need the service, but we also need to work. Respect other people's time! I didn't take photos or videos because I’m respectful and it’s not my place to record people and expose them online—unlike "so many others." Sadly, respect has been lost! No sé qué pasa con éste "truck stop" y tampoco entiendo a los choferes que vienen aquí. Es bastante grande y tiene mucho estacionamiento, pero, no se saben estacionar, estacionan en lugares prohibidos, estacionan mal, entorpeciendo el paso, se quedan mucho tiempo en las pompas sin poner disel y aunque pongan disel, igual, se quedan demasiado tiempo, se bajan a bañarse o a hacer sus compras tomándose el tiempo que les da la gana, sin tomar en consideración a los demás choferes que sólo necesitamos disel para seguir en carretera. Ayer mismo tuve que bajarme del camión luego de poner disel a buscar el chofer que tenía su camión frente al mío, ya que no estaba dentro del camión y estuve rato esperando por él. Toqué la bocina y un empleado le tiró a mi camión con un paquete de bolsas, mi esposo comenzó a discutir con él pero, me metí en medio, me bajé del camión a preguntar del porqué su mala actitud y me respondió que le molestó que yo tocara la corneta, le dije que estoy atrapada por culpa de un chófer y que esa no era excusa para tirarle algo a mi camión, que podía hablar conmigo con respeto como lo hice yo con él y me pidió disculpas. Cuando entré al truck stop, el chofer, estaba muy tranquilo haciendo sus compras. Sean más conscientes por favor, todos necesitamos el servicio pero también necesitamos trabajar, respeten el tiempo de los demás! No tomé fotos ni videos pues yo respeto y no soy quién para grabar a personas y exponerlas en línea a diferencia de "muchos". El respeto se ha perdido, lamentablemente!

  Men's restroom has no hand soap in any of the three containers, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. 06/17/2026.

  "The bathrooms were filthy and nasty. The showers were also dirty and ready to be cleaned, and no one was there to help. This is one of the worst Pilot locations I have ever been to, and I have been to all 48 states."

  Normally it's a 5 star, not this time. Two lines of people at the registers more than 7 people in each. Took 30-35 minutes to have a discussion over their pump having a message to see the cashier. That was 40 minutes I lost out my 300 mile trip. Cashier needed an amount to put on the pump. I told her I don't know i am filling my vehicle up. I left dissatisfied with the pumps doing this random see the cashier. I have been stopping here rather than spend the money in Maryland were their greed e needs common sense. I left went next door to Mr. Fuel! Same price no waiting, and no lines. Having everything g i needed! I celebrated by buying a hotdog.
