  Tristan was very knowledgeable about everything and all the questions I had he took the time to explain to us. He we over the detailed bill when dropping the truck back off. He made sure we knew if we needed the truck longer than expected to let him know. He met us at the Rocky Mount Va location and Tanglewood location. He has a great personality and willing to help with anything you need. Tristan pays attention to every detail. Enterprise you have an amazing young man working for you. He needs to be manager over a location and given a raise. Its hard to find young men like him these days! Thanks Tristan for everything helping us with our rental after our truck was totaled.   My son reserved a car 2 months ago to visit us in Florida for the 4th of July weekend and my daughter's birthday and the night before he is due to pick it up they call and tell him they have nothing available! I checked the website and they are still accepting reservations for that time frame. Why bother with reservations if you are not going to honor them! Enterprise has lost all of our family's business!

  Exceptional customer service, clean cars, when there is a problem it’s taken care of. Will continue to rent my cars from Enterprise!

  Calling to figure out what kind of vehicles they have available is like almost impossible. 8 minutes into the conversation and still I had no idea what vehicles they had to rent. Hello, when is your start date for the rental? Today. These are the cars we have available. 8 minutes into the conversation still hadn't gotten there.

  Update: Tried contacting Enterprise as asked below to follow up with my review.....was connected to someone named Jeffrey for about 30 seconds before he closed the chat.....sadly I have lost faith in Enterprise !!! Wow.....what has happened to Enterprise??? Used to always rent from Enterprise in the past, last week's rental was horrible.....Had a reservation at this Rocky Mount location last Monday....Got to the location went in to pick up my rental.....was told they had no cars for the day (Someone could have easily called prior to me getting there) AND a reservation with Enterprise isn't reservation it's a "Request"......They were able to get me a car at the Tanglewood Location the next day but the car was nasty because their "Clean Up Guy" called in.......already a day late I took the car and my 1 week trip.....When taking the car back I filled completely up till the gas pump cut off.....take the car back and the employee working told their clean up guy to take the car around back because it had been "Recalled" which makes me wonder if it was recalled before I rented it or why no one bothered to call me during the week I rented it.....I do not know what the recall was for.....finally got the invoice 36 hours after returning it and they charge me .6 of a gallon @ 7.15 a gallon, as mentioned above I filled up within sight, maybe a quarter of a mile from the return location........I don't know if Enterprise standards have changed over the years since the last time I used them or if this was just a horrible experience but I'll think twice before using them again : (
