  Disclaimer: The following represents a factual account of my personal experiences with this business.I cannot recommend this dealership based on the quality of their vehicles and customer service. My family purchased three separate used vehicles from this lot in 2025, and all three experienced catastrophic transmission failures within three months of purchase. Specifically, the two vehicles I purchased and the one vehicle my cousin purchased all required complete transmission replacements almost immediately. When we contacted the dealership to discuss the situation, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

  Tina and the service department are awesome!!! I missed my appointment and then forgot about it because of a death in the family. And she still squeezed me in so they could fix my car because I didn't have any heat which I could have lived without but then had problems with the oil cooler!! So they are fixing both for me at the same time!! I will recommend them to everyone!!

  Buying my first car at a small, no name, mom and pop dealership was much more satisfying than buying through Duncan. As a matter of fact, the whole experience has been extremely unsatisfying. I bought the vehichle knowing there was two small issues such as the radio and the battery. I demanded they both be fixed before I buy and to Duncans credit they did fix the issues. Three or so days after leaving the lot I find the engine light is covered up with black electrical tape, tires are dry rotted, interior light broke, soft top is leaking heavily, and passenger floor bed is saturated. I bring the vehichle back wanting to return it and I'm told by Jeff that I cant because I bought an as is vehichle which is true, however, all the issues were not disclosed to me before buying. Therefore I ask Ben, my salesman, " how can you sell me this vehichle with these issues"? Ben says " You expect me to know everything that's wrong with these vehichles"? Looking back I realize how quick they were trying to the sell over with. A few days later I'm offered a trade so I try and find a vehichle comparable to what I bought and I find a nice truck I'm interested in at Duncan. I'm then told it can only be at the Duncan I bought it from and there is nothing comparable to what I bought that i like. I'm also promised new tires and so I bring it to Duncan to be fixed and out of all the issues I only get the electrical tape ripped off and a new inspection sticker saying my tires passed. I drive down the road and ask a cop about the tires and he says no way they should have passed. Weeks later I notice my right tire is wobbling and I take it to another Duncan and they claim they cant pinpoint it. Therefore I try another dealership after breaking down on the side of the road with a flashing engine light and the vehichle shaking. The other dealership tells me I have $3,800 worth of repairs to get it fixed and the sales technician is in shock knowing Duncan passed the inspection because according to him it would have failed miserably and that the only way it could be in that bad of shape is if I took it rock climbing every weekend which I neve have once my car is a daily to work and back home car. Duncan's Craig Pauley tells me from the first week " we do it the right way here and that's why we've been in business this long". Well if that's the case I wouldn't have $3,800 to come up with only 4 months after buying a car you told me was clean. This has been the worst experience and I hope no one has to go through this please don't let the salesman only let you test drive it one mile take it to a shop to get it hooked up to a computer and see what they could be hiding like they did with me. This had caused overwhelming stress and inconvenience to family who has had to take me to and from work while my car is in garages. Also when I took it back to Duncan the first time they gave me a rental with the engine light on and was acting up so that's how they treat thier customers and the other rental I had form them the second time had trash all inside and it was disturbing and disgusting.
