  If I could go with a minus 5 stars I would. I Googled this car wash with the search for a touchless wash. I asked a lady working in the parking lot and she said that it was touchless. I was directed to a fellow who was assisting with the wash selection and payment. I asked him if the car wash was touchless and he said he thought it was but he would check with the manager to make sure. The manager said that he could retract everything but the dryer and it would be touchless. I have a $5,000 ceramic coating with a decal on both sides of the door and the decal was damaged by a previous car wash business. I had replaced it and didn't want to have it abraided again. I proceeded into the wash and nothing was retracted. The brushes and rags made full contact. This result is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this business.

  Latesha was friendly at both the car wash and then came over while I was vacuuming and offered to spray my mats for me as well. Great customer service. Much appreciated!

  Pat helped me out and he was the best! He helped me to get the wash set up and the whole process was super easy and the truck was nice and clean. Being able to vacuum and dust after going through the wash is a game changer!

  Tell me how I pay for a car wash plan every month In my name only my car only, my bank account...my cousin goes to get her car washed and as normal the employee "asked her if she wants a plan?" she said no I think my cousin gets her car washed here and has a car wash account... they said, oh, that's great what's her phone number? She gave it to them, and they said what plan would you like to get? She told them and they simply added her to MY plan and just upped MY monthly plan up and took the funds out of MY bank account WITHOUT My permission... can someone explain how I have someone else on my account that I didnt add ,didnt give permission to for adding, nor was i even notified about this. How do you know if I even know her? We have never been to the car wash together. This is my contacted account and I find it unprofessional, unacceptable and unsafe to keep a contact with zipps if they just add who ever wants to be added. Do better 😡
