  I was having a problem with my account. Buddah was able to answer all of my questions and help me straighten out my payment so I can continue to use my membership. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me resolve my problem quickly, which I appreciate because time is money as we all know.

  The Zips on Challenger Ave NE in Roanoke, VA is the best Zips in the area. All the vacuums work, they are always stocked with clean towels and winded. They also seem to use more soap than the other local Zips. I drive out of my way to wash my car there rather than a closer location. The monthly subscription is well worth the money - especially during the pollen season. The staff is also friendly.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash. The operator failed to ensure that my vehicle was properly aligned on the track, which caused it to come off mid-wash. This created a dangerous situation where the vehicle behind me nearly collided with mine; fortunately, the driver alerted me by honking, allowing me to react quickly and drive out of the wash to avoid further risk. Afterward, I attempted to report the incident to staff on-site, but I was told there was nothing they could do and was handed a card to follow up. The contact information provided then directed me back to the location to complete an incident report, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Overall, I found the handling of the situation to be highly unprofessional. There appeared to be little concern for customer safety, vehicle damage, or the risk posed to others involved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values their safety or their vehicle.

  My experience today at the car wash on Challenger avenue in Roanoke Virginia was unbelievable in the best way. You have an employee named Buddha who was the only employee at this location tonight during rush hour when one of the membership Gates stopped working. After the pileup of cars started to become noticeable this kid ran back and forth in the hot sun opening the gate manually for each car and then letting the next car enter the car wash by guiding them in. Back and forth over and over with a smile on his face as he apologized to all the members saying he was the only staff member. This is the type of employee every company should have at their location and this kid absolutely deserves a promotion or a raise. I never leave reviews on websites, but his professionalism and commitment was something you don't see very often, especially during a frustrating time when people were not so kind to him. Please make sure this message reaches Buddha on Challenger avenue in Roanoke Va.
