  I had such a great experience at Zips Express Car Wash thanks to Sabita! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I pulled in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her job. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s honestly rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and great customer service anymore. The car wash itself was great too, but Sabita is definitely the reason I’ll keep coming back!

  I have joined and canceled and rejoined this car wash often because it's convenient. But there are some major flaws. With my pickup truck the mirrors stick out pretty far so the entire machine adjusts for that and it barely touches the side of the truck so it does not do a thorough job cleaning. If I fold in the mirrors it does a better job cleaning the sides of the vehicle but then it fills the mirrors with soapy water that never actually gets sprayed with enough water to get the soap off. So while driving the soap splashes up on the side of the car leaving streaks. So I canceled and signed my wife's minivan up thinking it would do much better. It did not do a very good job cleaning the back of the minivan. The sides would be nice and clean the front would be mostly clean but the back would still be dirty. I have signed up yet a third time now with a model y Tesla thinking a smaller vehicle might do better. But some of the same problems still persists. They do not use anywhere near enough rinse water to get the soap off of the car leaving spotting everywhere when you drive out. It also does a pretty poor job cleaning the back side of this vehicle just as it did with the back side of the minivan. And yet again because it does not spray enough rinse water the mirrors are always full of soap when you drive off and as you drive off the soap dribbles out and gets wind swept on to the side of the vehicle leaving streaks. I would pay extra to be able to go through the wash a second time immediately having it do no cleaning but only spraying water all over it just so I don't have to deal with the awful spotting left behind from the soap and wax. I find myself hand buffing the car clean to try to get the spotting removed that was left from the car wash. Oh and by the way for some reason the initial attendant instead of spraying both sides of your vehicle only ever sprays the driver side, when I asked him about it they said something about not being allowed to step in front of a moving vehicle even though they used to do that and even though every other car wash sprays both sides of the vehicle before going in, this one chooses to only spray the one side as if that's the only side that needs the pre-rinse. I've uploaded a video which Google shortened to 30 seconds but in it you can see that not one thing and barely any spray ever touches the back of the vehicle. A flap casually falls off of the top but never actually wipes the back. The spinning brushes never circle back around to touch the back of the car. This is why every single time I leave it has soap spots and dirt still all over the back of the vehicle.
