  CUSTOMERS PlEASE BE AWARE OF THIS RUDE OWNER!!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE A 1 ON REVIEW Called in last week and spoke to the owner about an estimate on my truck. I accidentally told her the wrong insurance company which she said they did not take my mistake. I called my wife just to make sure that I told her the right insurance company, which I had wrong. So I called back within 30 minutes with the right insurance company and she asked if I had an ID number from the insurance company which I did give her. We made a 9 o’clock appointment when I arrived on Tuesday May 19 2026 at 9am she then told me they do not take that insurance. She got very argumentative with me, which was not good. A good owner would never argue with a customer. Customers, please be aware of even though we both made a mistake. Since she is the owner of her business, she was very, very rude and actually asked me to leave which I was not being rude. Please be aware of this very rude owner. Again, a good owner of a business would never argue with a customer in her office around other employees and those waiting in the lobby. She should be ashamed of herself. !!!!!!!

  They’re extremely kind and helpful. They let you know what’s going on with your vehicle or regular basis and it is always ready for they say it will be.

  I set up an estimate with Woodings for a repair and replacement of a mirror on my F-350 pick up. They completed the review of my repair needs and prepared an estimate the same day quickly while I was there. They offered to expedite the mirror replacement because they knew I needed the truck that weekend to tow a trailer out of town on a trip and my existing mirror was completely shattered. They ordered and installed the replacement mirror in two days! I brought the truck back the following week for them to install a decorative piece that they had to paint prior to installing. Thanks Woodings for going above and beyond to make sure I had a safe trip! I cant imagine driving 6 hours towing and trailer with out a rear side view mirror. You all did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend and will be back for any future needs!
