  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Volvo XC 60, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Carol Thompson and Adam Rutledge on the sales team are truly exceptional. They were not only friendly, and welcoming, but also incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and never made me feel pressured. It really felt like they cared about finding the right fit for me-not just making a sale. What stood out the most was how personable they both were. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know them, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and authentic than any other dealership I've worked with in the past. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, honest and truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Carol Thompson and Adam Rutledge enough. They set the bar incredibly high, and I'm beyond happy with my Volvo XC 60 and the entire experience.

  I was really impressed with and pleased with Carol who sold me my Volvo. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was very expeditious in the whole process. She didn't try to nickel and dime us and I really enjoyed getting the car which has never been an enjoyable experience in the past. Would recommend.

  I highly recommend Berglund Luxury Cars in Roanoke. Carol and Adam are the BEST! It was truly a wonderful experience and they are true professionals!! I love my Volvo! Make sure you ask for Carol and you won’t be disappointed!

  I bought a used vehicle from another dealership and they wanted to charge the vehicle but I didn't want to wait for them to do that.. BIG MISTAKE.. I was coming home driving about 40 miles..this is the first EV I have ever bought so I didn't know how fast I would lose the charge.. I got into town and I couldn't find a charge point charging station to charge my vehicle..I tried all the ones that was in the charging point app and they were all for Tesla vehicles.. I finally got down to 14 miles and I was panaching because I thought I wouldn't find one at all. I finally called Volvo of Roanoke and I told Adam the predicament I was in and he told me to come to the dealership and he would help me out.. I couldn't believe it.. I never bought the car from them and Adam was willing to help me.. I finally got to the dealership and I had 2 miles left to go before I would have died on the side of the road.. I walked in and Adam was tied up and I met a lovely person named Carol.. I told her what Adam said and she said no problem.. She pulled a vehicle out of the way so I could get to the charger and I didn't have my phone that had the app on it so she used her card and got the charger working for me... I appreciate everything these two fine folks that did for me and I will never forget it.. My next vehicle will be bought at Volvo Of Roanoke...If they go out of the way for someone that didn't buy their vehicle from them I can only imagine the treatment I would receive once I was a buyer.. I thank them both very much and they saved my butt from walking home.. Thanks guys you're the best!!!
