  We found a pretty car on Sunday, then popped in to inquire about it on Monday. I was immediately welcomed by Carol at the door on my entering. Without being overwhelmng, Carol was helpful, charming, and enthusiatic as we decided on a car and went through the process of buying the car. She patiently assisted us with our zillion questions, and kept the experience a happy and easy situation. Others in the dealership contributed to our positive experience so thus far I appreciate establishing a rapport with this dealership. And, we're thrilled with driving and learning about this beautiul Volvo XC60!

  Carol is amazing. So helpful!!!! She is the best in every area of the process. She knows her cars and is not pushy at love. I now consider her a friend. Adam is also wonderful and is so knowledgeable about the electronics! He is kind and so patient with this older lady! I can’t say enough nice things!

  An Exceptional Car-Buying Experience We recently purchased a new Volvo from Berglund Volvo and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, Adam, the Sales Manager, and Carol, the Sales Consultant, made the entire process comfortable, straightforward, and enjoyable. Adam was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened carefully to what was important to us, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. His approach was friendly and respectful, and we never felt pressured. Carol was equally wonderful. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made sure that all of the details were handled smoothly and took the time to explain things clearly. Her warm and personable manner made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and pleasant. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was truly one of the best car-buying experiences we have ever had. Adam and Carol are an excellent team, and their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers really stood out. We are very happy with our new car and especially grateful to Adam and Carol for making the experience such a positive one.   We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle! Carol was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made everything easy, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.
