  We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle! Carol was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made everything easy, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We also appreciated Adam, the General Manager, who was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  I went in to Berglund Luxury Roanoke for a Recall repair. Left with a New Car. I honestly can’t say enough about the experience and Professionalism I received from the entire Team. Starting with the Technicians that worked on the recall to Ms Laney Preston whom was the absolute sweetest Lady. She was very pleasant. While I was sharing my concerns she got on the ball. She placed me in the hands of the Volvo Team. Mr Adam Rutledge the Sales Manager was Amazing and Honest about how he could help. Mrs Carol Thompson hands down the Best Sales Consultant, very knowledgeable with a friendly demeanor. Her and Ms Laney made me feel like I’ve known them for years. Mr Tyler Miller was very Patient and Professional while explaining the final closing steps. I appreciate the entire TEAM. THANK YOU ALL. LisaB
