I have consistently had a positive experience at this location. They are always quick, friendly, and helpful. They let me know when my oil actually didn't need changing yet (and still filled my tires for free), and this time helped to install Rear Hatch Lift Supports Shock Struts at no extra charge. Will continue using this location.

Bradley, Obinna, and Brittany, gave me the best help during my time of need. I was smelling burning oil, and in a panic I pulled in. Basically, I left feeling confident and safe. This is my go-to stop for real. I just moved back here from Florida, and I even know now where to get my inspections.

Although I was really hoping that the staff would all have huge mustaches and cowboy hats, classic bait and switch, I was actually really impressed with everyone I encountered. The person who seemed to be in charge did an excellent job dealing with some not so friendly customers, assist other team members and then gave me a really thorough walk thru, confirmed exactly what I thought was the issue and there were no surprises. I really wish I would have caught his name. He was tall and had dark facial hair, and actually would probably look great in a cowboy hat. Put that in the suggestion box.

I dropped my truck off for a reinspection I was called around 3 hours later and they said that my truck had ran out of gas. I dropped my truck off with a quarter tank of gas so obviously I couldn't believe it. So I had my Co worker run me back to the shop just to show up ask for the key and the truck fires up immediately and shows it had a quarter tank of gas. Just to make sure I drove the truck down the road and put more gas in the truck. I then came back to the shop and while I was talking to the I'm assuming boss/manager about what all has happened the mechanic comes over and smarts off to me and all the manager has to say is "someone is spicy right now". I then decided that the shop obviously had 1 no customer service skills and 2 a clue what they were doing so I left and will not be returning. I think this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop and 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
