- GAGene Avery6 days ago1.0The technician under the vehicle did not properly re-secure the shield under the engine causing the shield to get damaged. My daughter had to pull over on the interstate and wait for a friend to come temporarily secure it so she could continue her trip! The extent of the problem was told to me on my next oil which was 2 days ago. Now I have to get a new shield!

- MGMilwa GonzalezJun 8, 20261.0Survey Comment: I left feeling quite disappointed. When they told me the oil change was done, I left, but a few blocks later the oil light came on, so I went back. They told me I didn't understand because they had already changed the oil. Being a woman, I believed them and left, but a few blocks later, the car started making noise and then stalled. It wouldn't start again. ( I called someone for help, and they checked and saw that my car had no oil at all. I went back again, of course, I had to buy a quart of oil for it to work, and when I got to Valvoline, they had to see the security camera footage to believe me. They apologized. But the problem is that my car now makes a noise when it starts that it didn't have before, and I'm afraid that metal fragments from the bottom will get into the engine. Then who will fix the problem?
