They didn't even use the right filter which I have a picture of and they cracked my oil pan when they spent 45 minutes trying to get the bolt off. It's funny you take it there and then you bring it back when it's time for another oil change and then they say to you oh you have a small crack in your oil pan oh I wonder why???? Wish I could show the picture. That wasn't said that my first oil change.. kind of funny

A second option was given down the road and battery was still good. I did shared this information today with the technician. He gave me a sincere apology and reasons to why their equipment may have malfunction (cheap equipment).
