  Charged me over $100 for a brake system flush that I DID NOT need. I contacted my normal mechanic and he said you all took advantage of me. I will NOT be back nor will I recommend ANYONE to your business

  I had a flat tire on the way to work and needed it replaced very quickly. The front receptionist made it her mission to get me in and out within fifteen minutes of opening the front door. The GM mounted and balanced the tire himself super quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this spot!

  I have been going to tire discounters for a while now, also my brother take his vehicles there. Competitive pricing, The work is completed in satisfactory time. Quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

  We had two of the dual rear tires on our RV go flat just outside of Roanoke at 1 o’clock in the morning. We used our phone internet to look for tires and a nearby NTB store showed that they had the tires we needed so we made an on-line appointment for noon and slowly limped our truck to the location. When we arrived, the agent at the front desk said that not only that they didn’t have the tires that their website said were available for mounting that day, but the for “insurance reasons”, they didn’t work on RVs. Now, it’s noon, our next campsite is 300 miles away and we’re back at square one. After calling several other stores who either didn’t have the tires or didn’t work on RVs, I called Jordan Helton at the Williamson Road Tire Discounters and although he didn’t have the tires on the shelf, he said he would instruct his delivery driver to pick them up from another location and that he could start the service within the hour. Good to his word, he had us back on the road by 4:30 PM and even though we got to the next campsite late, we were able to keep our schedule. Without Jordan going way out of his way to help us, we would have been out of luck. I recommend this store and this man unconditionally. If you’re in Roanoke, VA and you need tires, to my mind, the only place to go is Tire Discounters at 5302 Williamson Rd. Also the price was extremely reasonable and the tires are great.
