  I was overall really pleased with my recent experience with SpeeDee. My check engine light popped on and I was able to swing by SpeeDee and they were quickly able to diagnose the issue, plus give me details on the cost estimate to repair the issues and most importantly, they assured me that the issue was simple and could be fixed in the next few months as the issue wasn't a huge issue. I felt like they were quick to help and honest in their assessment. I do wish that the diagnosis didn't cost quite so much, but I do appreciate the ease with which I had answers.

  Great team of guys! Helped me honestly with some issues I was having with my car! Performed a Fast oil and filter change. I will definitely go back as this new group of guys are honest, helpful and seem to want to build the business! Thanks Jimmy for the extra help resetting my tire pressure sensors when other shops couldn’t or wouldn’t take the time! All the best! J Roberts

  1st time customers. We got 2 cars inspected, with oil changes, and small repairs in one day! Service was great, with personal calls from Jason on 2 filters which needed changing, which he caught, as we dropped off and switched out cars. Jason was great to work with, professional, and he went the extra mile. We are happy to find a great new company to work with close to home! Prices were fair. We'll be doing more business with them in the future.

  This location is very poorly managed, appears they’re not able to work efficiently. Poor leadership. Yesterday I called to see if I could get an inspection. There was a 2 1/2 hour wait so we agreed it would be best to bring my truck in at 7:45 am the next morning. I show up this morning at 7:25 am. Two other customers were already there waiting for them to open. We all needed an inspection sticker and one of the customers also needed an oil change. A car had been dropped off the day before for an inspection sticker so we were informed that car would be first in line although I had been told to come in at 7:45 am. First come first serve. So the 3 of us were told to scan a QR code to pre-register for service. A guy walks in after us and asked if he could get a quick oil change. No pre-registration needed. Sure, pull your van into this bay. What?? They could have been changing the oil of the customer who had been there at 7:15 am waiting for them to open and who had pre-registered for an oil change and inspection. A blonde dressed in a leopard print walks in, no pre-registration and needs something checked under her hood, sure pull it into this bay. Again no registration required. So the guy who had been doing the inspection on the car in the bay for an HOUR with the hood up appears to be distracted from his inspection duties to consult with the mechanic working on the issue with the blonde’s car. 🤷‍♀️ Finally at 9 am I asked for my keys back so I could leave. The whole point of me setting an alarm to wake up was so I could be at Speedee Oil at 7:45 am so I wouldn’t have to wait hours to get an inspection. Obviously I was going to be waiting possibly even longer than 2 1/2 hours since 2 other customers were also waiting for an inspection and it had already been one hour and the first car’s inspection wasn’t complete. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I will never go back to Speedee Oil and I will never recommend it to anyone I know.
