  If I could give zero stars I would. My original appointment was between 8 and 1. I was called at 830 and was told the guy was working on one right then and I was next. 7 hours later the guy finally showed up. Damaged my windshield trim and never said a word about it. Between the unprofessional inability to even keep me informed that one windshield was taking 7 hours and he would be late by hours to my appointment and the damage to my truck safelite is definitely use at your own risk.

  My experience was outstanding. I went on line on a Sunday after my windshield was damaged on a Saturday. Safelite gave me an appointment the following Wednesday at my home. The technician, Ron, arrived mid-afternoon just like they promised. Ron was an expert. He got out all his equipment and had the set up ready to go in 10-15 minutes. He explained every step of the process and he let me sit in a chair in my lawn and watch. He was meticulous. The old windshield came out easy and the new one went in without a hitch. Amazingly he was able to get the state annual safety sticker off the old windshield and reapplied it to the new windshield. This saved me from having to get a new sticker from my safety inspection station. He completed the entire job in 30-40 minutes and there was absolutely no sign this was a replacement windshield. Safelite did an amazing job for me. I highly recommend them.

  Safelite AutoGlass technician, John, did a wonderful job repairing the chip in my windshield. The communication from Safelite AutoGlass prior to the appointment was exceptional and I was informed of every detail prior to John's arrival. The repair took about 10 minutes and looks great. I appreciated John's explanation about the repair and any potential problems. It was easy to work with this team and I highly recommend them!

  Arrived on time, called and messaged me updates before, during and after replacing my windshield. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech that came out to replace my windshield, with new wipers blades, was polite and very efficient. My windshield looks great, it rained the same day. I have had no issues and really appreciate the convenience and service they provided.

  Requested onsite repair of my windshield so that I didn't have to miss work. This was the very reason I chose Safelite. The technician called at 1 to say he would arrive at 3 but arrived at 430 by 7 (i was told by the 1-800 rep that it would take hr) he had installed the windshield but couldn't get it calibrated. I was advised that I had to go to their shop another day to get this done. The closest shop was 45 mins away. He asked for payment, then credit card to save. I refused since service was not complete. He advised I could walk in on Sat and have it done in 10-15 mins. I called Friday just to make sure this was the case and spoke to a very unfriendly person. I went Sat and it took about 2 hrs. The manager was friendly and did make it right by giving a discount. I would just beware that the comments from all 3 were that onsite is "difficult" to calibrate. 3 stars only because the tech and manager were friendly and tried to make the experience better
