  I was just trying to speak with an actual person at my local location. The system puts you through too much to actually get to speak with someone. When I got to an actual person, I asked if this was my local location and she said that they were a call center that takes all the calls. I told her that I wanted to speak with someone local and the representative said nothing and then hung up on me. Great customer service there.

  I had an at home windshield replacement. My technician was Jesse. He kept in contact the whole time. He called and asked if he could start on my car earlier than my appointment. So he was here about an hour before my scheduled time and was finished before my appointment time. He stayed on task and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Safelite for all of your auto glass needs. The price was phenomenal, way better than any other place I checked.

  This is the 3rd time that I used Safelite AutoGlass. I could fill this whole space with emogies & accolades for the shop on Williamson Rd in Roanoke. This time I worked with Eloy. He kept me up to date, he called to inform me of changes & had the best attitude. Eloy, thank you so much.

  Repair guy kept me waiting all day then rescheduled. First big rain water dripping out of headliner and speakers. 6 weeks later Im still waiting for them to pay for a detail and odor removal. Once they get your money they are done with you. They won't even answer the phone.

  *So this review is from a service done in April of 2026. *My kids broke the rear window and all of this was done under a claim with my auto insurance company which I paid nothing out of pocket. *I’ve used safelite many times before and this was my first dissatisfied service with them My repair day came and my tech was very professional, but man they did a poor job vacuuming all the glass up and cleaning up after themselves. My rear window was broken and a portion of the glass was cleaned up by my wife/kids. The tech came and finished the process, but did a terrible job of cleaning up the glass that fell into my van. My family had to go behind him and clean up a good bit. On top of that, the tech also dumped some of the glass in my gravel driveway and didn’t bother picking that up either. Normally safelite does a fantastic job but this time was well below their usual standard. I don’t think they will see this review and I’m a little sad I let my link to review their job expire but it is what it is.
