  I went in for a tire alignment and was told I needed new struts and several additional repairs, totaling around $2,000. As a young female customer, I did not notice any issues with how my car was driving before this visit. The repairs were presented as necessary and a ‘good deal,’ but the experience quickly escalated from a routine service to major work. After the repairs, the car drives the same. I left feeling taken advantage of and unsure what was truly required versus what was recommended. I strongly advise getting a detailed itemized estimate and a second opinion before agreeing to significant repairs. My mistake.

  One of the best experiences! They knew we had a horrible experience trying to get new tires and an inspection and treated us like family and got us the car back hours earlier than quoted! They price matched tires to give us the best rate. Will be going to them for state inspection and discounted tires from now on!

  DON'T GO HERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Went in for a oil change before my trip oil never got changed. engine blew 1hr into the trip due to no oil. I don't have no oil leaks or puddles on my driveway car never leak oil none of my cars are leaking oil now I'm down a car Save your car an your money an stay away.

  The folks at NTB were amazing. I had a flat and needed new tires anyway. They squeezed me in at end of shift. Found a small bend in my rim. Looked up and gave me 3 options to get the exact rim I needed and offered to change it out once i got it no charge. I live in lynchburg and work in roanoke and these folks really came through and went above and beyond. Would HIGHLY recommend for any service and I will certainly be back for anything they cover.

  I was in the market for new tires for my RAM truck. I couldn’t have thought of a more trusted shop to have work done. I walked in asking for options and pricing, the staff provided their expert opinions quickly. They were able to get me in same day for tire replacement and did a deep dive on the truck for preventive maintenance insights. The staff was very transparent about cost and even provided discounts. I am beyond thrilled with the customer service and outcome. Highly recommended!!!
