Did a good job.. prompt.. open 7 days a week, however .. I had a new tire put on my van, it seemed kind of odd that when I got my vehicle back I noticed my back tire had only 20 pounds of pressure in it. I noticed it because it was obviously looking deflated (it usually has upwards of 70lbs). Anyways.. just seems odd that even though I asked for all my tires to be checked, balanced, and the front end aligned.. I was told that my van drove fine, their machine couldn't attach to my wheels for alignment, and I didn't need one, and obviously that back tire wasnt noticed or checked, so I was sent away not having my tires checked.. from a tire place.. also I asked to have my brakes checked.. that wasnt done or mentioned either, they seemed competent, maybe they were in a hurry, I would use again. I should have communicated better myself.

Stopped in late afternoon at 7426 Williamson Rd on a Tuesday with hard braking issues on a GMC truck. They were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning. They had me completed within a few hours on a full pad and rotor swap along with a brake fluid flush. Kevin had great communication and follow up throughout. They did additional courtesy inspections at no charge and were very fair on price. Will definitely return!

Sleazy, lazy, or incompetent. Take your pick. Brought my car here 3 months ago for new tires. Tires clearly showed wear and tear from misalignment, but all they did was slap 4 new tires on it and shove it out the door. Never bothered to check the alignment--from the manager "we don't check alignments unless you ask." Please--you're a tire shop for crying out loud; all you do all day is tires and alignments and there was obviously an alignment issue that you either failed to see (incompetent) or neglected to mention (lazy). Fast forward three months and the front driver and passenger tires are worn to the canvas after 1K miles (pic is of their handywork). My wife takes it back to the shop only for them to say "huh, well it needs new tires, and your alignment was off by 4 degrees. Here's a paltry $35 dollar discount, that'll be ~$450 for a problem we should have solved 3 months ago." Wife calls me, so I have to leave work early to confront them. The manager (Dan) changes his tune real fast when I start into it in front of customers (no yelling or swearing, just asking why they didn't mention or push an obvious alignment issue the first time around at a TIRE SHOP). Suddenly, a bunch of other discounts start showing up (funny how that works) and we're down to $320. Sick of the whole affair, I pony up and leave, never to come back. Like I said, this place is sleazy, lazy, or incompetent, and it's likely a mixture of all three. Avoid at all costs.
