  Amazing service! Stopped in because of a slow leak in a tire and they were able to get me on quickly and fixed the tire for a very reasonable price.

  We got a nail in a tire while driving to Asheville NC on vacation and still had 5 hours to go. A local car dealership said they had a long wait time and that we’d be waiting for hours. They recommended however which was greatly appreciated. The staff at Mr. Tire was so helpful. They got us in soon after arriving and back on the drove in less than an hour. Even though we lost 3 hours from start to finish it would’ve been longer if Mr. Tire hadn’t been there for us. Thank you.

  I’m extremely grateful to Dan and the workers of this specific Mr. Tire. As to explain why, I’ll keep it as short as I can: When you have an unplanned flat that seemingly comes out of nowhere (on i81), and you’re an emotional person, you can be prone to having a meltdown (mine was internal thankfully). It was everything I could do to keep calm in the 24hrs that followed. I googled an open tire place knowing I needed a close one from the Quality Inn we’d settled in for the night. 4.1 miles away was the crew at 7426 Williamson Rd, with a Sheets across the road to boot. My BF and I walked in, carefully explained our case (most of the harrowing of my experience I can thank anti-theft lug nuts for) explaining that we simply needed a tire to get moving the remainder of the 1,312 mile trip to TX we had ahead of us. Good humor was exchanged, I was offered a tire, I asked if it was possible to exchange the remaining AT lug nuts to try and prevent another inability to change my donut if gods forbid I had another flat, and we were settled. Went to have Lunch at the Sheets and I doubt we waited more than 2 hours, which was so much faster than I dared anticipate. The price didn’t seem bad at all either; though I did when offered say I was fine with whatever cheaper tire got us moving again and we’d pay for the extra lug nuts if that was an option. Thank you again for everything, Roanoke Mr. Tire crew. You had a big part in helping save my sanity that day, I am eternally grateful and can’t express it enough.   They helped me with a mysteriously leaking tire on a busy weekend quickly and professionally troubleshooting the problem. I appreciate the staff’s work ethic and kindness.
