  Got home with tire pressure light on at 4:30, called their center and they got me in by 5:00, patched it, and I was back home by 5:30 on a work night. Cost less than $30. James and Dennis were super professional and great to work with, would go back no question

  I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. My Range Rover, which was brought in solely for an alignment, oil change, and tire balance, was returned to me in a state that indicates a significant lapse in service quality and professional conduct. Initially, I was informed that the work could not be completed due to the absence of the only experienced lift operator. While this was a red flag, I returned due to the proximity of your shop. Upon my return, I was informed that one of my wheels could not be properly remounted due to a bearing issue. This claim was perplexing, as my vehicle is meticulously maintained, and no such issue was present when the tires were installed by another mechanic. Furthermore, despite your staff's assertion that the part was unavailable, I was able to locate it online immediately. My disappointment escalated when I discovered that the balancing weights, for which I had paid, were improperly affixed and had detached, adhering to my brake caliper. When I brought this to the attention of a manager, my concerns were dismissed as insignificant. Immediately after leaving your premises, a rubber support for my suspension detached, an issue that was not present prior to my visit. Upon returning the following day, I spoke with another manager who initially offered to rectify the issues. However, the initial manager intervened, denying any responsibility and stating that the new issues, which I attribute to your service, would not be addressed until I paid for the alleged bearing problem. Given these experiences, I will be refraining from utilizing any Mr. Tire services in the future and will not be recommending your establishment to others.

  My TPMS sensor alerted tire was loosing air pressure as I was driving home from work. I went to Mr. Tire on Peters Creek since this location is convenient to my house, and I always had a positive experience previously when purchasing trailer tires through them. They dismounted the tire from the wheel before showing me the inner self sealing structure of the tire. At this time, I was advised that they could not repair with a interior tire patch. I asked if a rope/sticky patch could be made and that was service was not an option either by the shop. I called my wife and had her get my rope patch tire kit (kept in truck for truck/trailer emergencies) and bring to me. I patched my own tire and technician remounted on wheel. I contacted Michelin to ask if self sealing tires can be patched. They said yes and it involves removing a portion of the self sealing area to allow the inner patch to make flush contact with the tire, then place the self sealing membrane back. Michelin directed me to their website to find a authorized Michelin service center that could make this repair. On the Michelin website, this Mr. Tire location was listed, so I feel the shops are linked since they sell Michelin tires, not an authorized Michelin repair center. The Manager and tire techician were nice, but I was irritated that time was wasted dismounting a tire that could not be repaired by that shop. On the sidewall of the tire it states "SelfSeal" so that was unfortunate this was missed prior to dismount as well. Giving 3 stars since I had positive experiences previously at this location. Pretty much paid to have tire dismounted/mounted. Could be an opportunity for Mr. Tire to request proper training from Michelin as I'm sure someone else will have similar problem. Lesson learned by me as well to never purchase self sealing tires ever again as obviously it did not work on 1/8" finish nail.
