  I am extremely disappointed in my experience especially after I was recommended to go. I will not return. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. Upon arrival (early at 9:45) was told it was a 2-3 hour wait. (Would have been nice to know ahead of time as I was alone with my daughter but no big deal we made it work) by 1 I called again asking when they believed it would be done and was told it would be 1-2 more hours. At 3:45 I finally went back to pick it up even if they havnt started at this point and my car was sitting there completed 6 hours later and no call. Very disappointing as i rearranged my entire day around this, if the proper communication was given to be from the get go I would have rescheduled or rearranged other plans instead of staying close by with a family member driving us around for 6 hours with no communication. Then still paying full price for a service. The guy I spoke to was rude when I first got there. Was much nicer when I picked my care up but took his time checking me out as it took over 15 minutes and he was chatting with his coworker. Any amount of communication would have turned this experience around. Last name is under Belcher for Mr. Tire if your looking to see if this is a real experience you can surely look it up and see what time it was dropped off and picked up!

  Dropped off car for inspection on Wednesday night was told it would be first thing in the morning. They had one ahead of me. Next day I waited till noon to call just to check in and they had not looked at it yet. Was told still at least three ahead of me. So first come first serve doesn’t mean anything I guess. When I asked about the extra cars they said they were sorry and they would make it right and get it back in there. Called again at 3:30 and they were still working on one that needed four hours of repairs. Went after five and just told them to give me my keys and said I would not be back. Guy just said “ok”. Customer service sucks from what they say and what they do.

  Went in for check on a sound two other mechanics couldn’t diagnose. Left with new brakes and rotors. Price was very fair, techs were very nice and answered my questions before locking me in on a price. Was done and out in a few hours. Will be going back for more services as needed.

  We came to Mr Tire on Peter’s creek rd in Roanoke Va because we had a flat tire from a large piece of metal we picked up in our tire on Interstate 81. We were barely able to get to their location before it was totally flat. The service we received we second to none. The employees were so kind to us in our shaken state. They Did our job as an emergency and had us on our way to our Dr’s appointment with in 40 /45 minutes. I can not tell you how thankful we were to have meet those stellar employees at Mr Tire.
