  Long time customer, 12 years plus. Will not be going back. If you need something quick and there's no other option, they will get it done; but at this point if I have the option I will be going elsewhere everytime. I'm sure the crew are doing their best and are under a lot of stress, but it's just not what it used to be. Seems disorganized and since the Mr.Tire brand took over this location it has slowly gotten worse over time. Making an appointment doesn't matter because they didn't know I was coming anyway, and it was a 3-Hour wait for a 20 minute job. It's just lost the personal touch it had years ago. I might not find another mechanic shop that does have good customer service and where appointments matter; but at this point I would just rather not deal with this one anymore.

  I went for an expression on my car, and they said that my back brakes were messed up and I needed new brakes for the bike, and it comes down that I didn't need brakes at all and I think they watch out for women and trying to take advantage of women. So I'm not going back to this place. So if you read this, be careful when you go in

  I like to give credit when credit is due. Last Saturday, my 6 year old and I where running some errands in the bonsack area of Roanoke. I notice my tire was quickly loosing air and found a screw stuck in the tire. With out hesitation, I jumped in the car and started driving to the nearest place to have it fixed, which happened to be the Mr. Tire on orange Ave. I knew a tire shop on a Saturday morning was going to be crowded and fully expected a less than cheerful front end clerk to groan as I walked in, as is the poor costumer service we've all grown to expect and tolerate at any place of business these days. This was not going to be a pleasant experience with a 6 year old child. But! I was immediately taken back by the young lady at the front desks helpful disposition. She got us checked in and helped my 6 year old find some kids shows on the TV. At one point she was singing and dancing baby shark along with my 6 year old. Soon the tire was fixed and we were on our way. From a parent with a Saturday morning flat tire and a 6 year old, thank you to an above and beyond costumer service representative at the front desk of Mr Tire.

  I had 4 tire replaced about 7 months ago where they damage my wheels. Was told to get price sDont of 4 new ones ,I did and drop off to them . Stoped by several times to see about this and they said waiting for response from main office .I even emailed main office .Still no response. The workers there are very helpful but they are also waiting to hear from main office .Don't know what to do next . Would like some kind of satisfaction on this
