  I have used MR. Tire before and got reasonable priced service and stopped by to get a quote for 4 new tires and the price seemed high. I checked around and found the same service for 4 new tires Michelin Defender 2 including alignment for $600 less and they had the tires in stock on the weekend. I asked for the exact same service to make sure it was compareable. Also Mr Tire could not get the tires over the weekend and I would have to wait till Monday to get it done. I was actually disappointed because I have never been quoted a high price like that before by Mr Tire. Maybe someone new or a glitch. Always get different quotes do not assume you are getting a good price.

  Stopped by after my usual tire shop was already closed and I needed a tire. Gave me a great deal, guys in the shop were friendly and helpful. Will be back for my future tire needs for sure!

  I dropped my vehicle off around 9:30am and came back at 4:00pm to pickup and they hadn't even touched it. They claimed they misplaced the key and the work order got "overlooked". I was very disappointed. Especially since I lived an hour and a half away and was ready to get home.

  Very unimpressed, been using this location for years but never again. Scheduled an oil change ahead of time and then asked for an inspection. While I knew you couldn’t schedule inspections, they never once let me know that they wouldn’t do my oil change until they did the inspection. I dropped my car off before they even opened and when I came back at 430pm they hadn’t even touched my car. When I asked why, the person at the counter got an attitude and acted like I shouldn’t have expected my scheduled service to be completed. If it wasn’t going to be able to be inspected they should have called and let me know. Instead, I had nothing done, and no communication except when I called. When I called at 1230 they said it’d be a couple of hours still. On my way out the door, after I was visibly upset, the guy at the counter gave me a sarcastic “have a nice day!” I won’t be back.
