  The first dealing we had with the tech was that he had been smoking weed. The car stunk, but we aired it out. Also, once I left my tire was low pressure and I had to take it back and was told that they forgot to put air in it. One day later my tire is low again and I have to take it back a third time. Not especially thrilled with the service I’ve received with him this time around.

  It's hard to write about a truly frustrating and expensive experience and properly sort things out. My 2014 Kia Optima was towed into your shop on 4 different occasions within a three month period. I had an engine replaced, a radiator replaced, a transmission replaced and currently, outside of Mr. Tire, an alignment performed and a compressor replaced. I thank Mr. Tire for installing the transmission at no charge, however, I can't help but feel that it was due to a few misdiagnosed problems. I'm still not confident that the original problem has been addressed and re solved. My overall rating is low because I drive with anxiety over what may happen next.

  Do not go here for an inspection. I left my car overnight to get inspected in the morning. Before doing so the guy told me it’s first come first serve and it’s day by day- I said okay and dropped it off that night @7:05pm right after they closed. I had to go out of town the following day so this was crucial for me to get it done.(also I had to make arrangements to get a ride back home and to work and back( so not a easy thing to do) when I finally called at 3:30(right after work)the guy told me on the phone that it was one car before me with low mileage and they should get to it and that the guy leaves at 6pm I said oh dang I thought it’s first come first serve???.., since I dropped my car off last night how come was it not done? he said they had 6 cars that was left over from previous day to get to first- I didn’t know that this was a thing since it’s says first come first serve( didn’t know cars was taking 48+ to get inspected if I did and this was communicated I would of went elsewhere —the guy on the phone could hear my frustration and told me I could come and get the car if I wanted and take it somewhere else to get inspected this was a poor response in my opinion since I made arrangements to have it completed there and no one does inspections that late in the day he said he would call me a hr later(4:30)to let me know if they will have time to complete it- he never called btw …I waited till 6 o’clock and went by the shop and my car was still sitting in the same place untouched I went in the shop to get my car and the guy came back and started giving me a story about how and why it wasn’t done and how if a state inspector finds any problems he has to repair it himself which I knew was bs. Legally a state inspector is not required to perform repairs they identify to pass a vehicle inspection. I listened to him go on for about 5 minutes about how this was leaving a bunch of customers unsatisfied because of it- I took my keys and walked out of there and I will not be back .

  Constantly parking in the road impeding traffic then wants to get an attitude when you ask them to move. cars parked in the road again. Even though there's empty spots in the parking lot

  Had a slow leak in my tire. Was told by the dealer that my tire couldn't be fixed and they wanted to sell me either 4 new tires for $1000(my tires are only half way) or a "shaved" tire for over $300. Came to Mr. Tire for a second opinion and was incredibly pleased to find out that not only could my tire be fixed for $25, but when I need new tires I can get all 4, mounted and balanced AND an alignment for about $800. Staff was very honest, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I will be back!!!
