After 10 years in the trucking industry, this was by far the most expensive post-accident towing bill I’ve ever received. I’ve seen recoveries in places like Wyoming involving rolled-over trucks that didn’t cost anywhere near this much. The accident itself was not severe, yet the charges were overwhelming. I contacted the company, explained my situation, and asked if there was any way they could help or work with me. Unfortunately, they showed no willingness to listen or offer any assistance. To make matters worse, I later found out my insurance policy has a $10,000 limit for towing and recovery, which means I’m personally responsible for paying the rest. I’m sharing my experience so other truck drivers and fleet owners know what they could be facing. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them. If you’re ever in a situation where you have a choice, I strongly suggest getting a quote or asking questions before authorizing a tow.

My car seemed well taken care of and secured during the tow. Driver was respectful and helpful. One person is able to ride along in the truck. Quote is informed to you ahead of time and aligns with the final price. Grateful for their service to me!

- TTTaylorJun 5, 20261.0I would not use this company for nothing. I had an incident and filed it through insurance and fat boys took the claim to tow my truck. My whole driver side front was broke due to a prior company not properly working on it and doing their job. When the driver showed up they never called to let me know they had arrived or dropped my vehicle off. The tow driver proceeded to pull my truck up onto his and the tire was going into the front bumper and started to damage the vehicle but he continued to pull it up. Once I picked the vehicle up from the mechanic he informed me it showed up damaged and that he wouldn’t let the driver leave until he informed his boss about what happened. The driver did and his boss said they would call me to let me know what happened right away but I never received a phone call. After 2 days of trying to talk to a manager at fat boys I finally talked to the owner and he tried to tell me they had no other option and basically he didn’t want to replace my bumper. He was supposed to do some more investigating and call me back and I still haven’t heard anything back. The easiest option would’ve been to call and get my consent of what to do but I’ve talked to other places and they said there were different ways to rig the tire up so it didn’t move and damage anything. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
