  Not professional at all, I called their branch to make the reservation, after arriving they say they don’t have any available, they had enough time to call me about this, they are so lazy to do so. Worst customer service ever.

  Have had only good experiences here over several rentals. The one time I had an issue with a vehicle, they swapped me into a better one quickly. Will definitely continue renting from them when the need arises.

  Absolutely abhorrent customer service at this location. Since National did not have any available vehicles at the airport, I attempted to make a reservation at Enterprise. Which was successfully done as their website showed they had available vehicles. After taking an Uber to Enterprise I was told by who I can only guess was the manager that plainly stated they had no vehicles available and good luck. No attempt made to contact me ahead of time so I could make other plans, and when I asked why they did not he said they didn't have my contact info (which is a lie since the support line had it). So, an extra $45 in uber rides, 2 hour delay, and double the cost of what it would have been since it was outside of my company discount plan. My advice would first never use these people, but if you have to make sure to call them first to ensure they have a car even though they say they do online.
