  I give them 1 star. I got to the counter to pick up my rental that I reserved. I was told I could not get a car due to the following...my reservation is only a reservation and not a guarantee and denied due to I have an out of state license for my I'd. How the hell you supposed tent a car with a Virginia state license if I just arrived. That makes no sense....who comes in to rent a car with a Virginia driver's license and not a passport or out of state license. No star as far as them. Never again!

  This Enterprise is the best anywhere. They are always helpful, efficient and unfailingly polite no matter how long the line. In and out with no problem ever. All locations should take lessons from this one.

  I rented a car here, and didn’t realize it at first, but the wheels were not aligned properly on the car that they provided. Once I got onto the highway, though, it became very apparent and I was not able to go more than about 55 miles an hour all the way up to Washington DC and back, so it took me a lot longer both ways and caused me to be late. When I returned the car to the Roanoke Airport’s Enterprise, the desk agent asked me how the car was, and I said it was ok except for a significant alignment problem. She then said, almost instantly, as if it were a refrain used all the time, that she would have her manager contact me to see if he could make it up to me, but of course, no manager ever called. Won’t use Enterprise at ROA again, despite frequently using Enterprise regularly at other locations in the US.
