  Very cool staff, very friendly and professional, made the process of renting a car easy and smooth with very little wait time which I like. Definitely going back to rent from them again.

  Not so much about the vehicles but would help feeling safe driving and reliable. More so about customer service. Very friendly, courteous and quick staffs especially Stephany and Ryan, even previous employees. Would recommend this Melrose location any time any day.

  Rented a Mercedes van. Twice the crosswind assist activated next to a tractor trailer causing it to try and brake and steer it's self. First time almost went into the side of a tractor trailer, second time almost went off the side of bridge. This location suggested to speak to some line they cold transfer me too and it was a foreigner who was saying they would not meet us to trade the van because it was not a safety issue.... Almost wrecking twice was not a safety issue to them! I get it back to Roanoke and their fix??? A $100 credit for almost going into the side of truck and almost off the side of a bridge. We looked it up and it's a recall on some models where it over corrects when the assist kicks in. So they rented a van with a known recall they literally almost killed us and we got a $100 credit. Worse customer service at this location and whatever country they transfered me too. Sad thing is they probably won't have the recall fixed and someone who can't control it will wreck it when it overcorrects again.
